We had my sons party here on Sunday and we had an amazing host Mia we would highly recommend her to anyone wanting a host that’s friendly happy engaging and really great at her job. The negatives for us: The adult food came out 40 mins before the kids food. No Assigned tables for adults for the party rooms adult food and kids food was just placed on the same party room table. Once the party was over the kids were not allowed to play anymore when your paying $1,500 party for 2 hours you expect more time for the kids to play surely. Coffee is terrible smoothies are good tho. Other than that great centre great staff very spacious would come again.

Superpark highpoint is a really great place to bring the family, so many great things to play with even some the parents can have fun with while watching your kid..... Staff are really nice and easy to find, Cafe works really well with getting your order done at a reasonable time. Only down side is sometimes wait for seats on really really busy days. But you can always rely on this being a great place.

We had such a fantastic time here with our kids! The play centre was clean, well-maintained, and most importantly felt very safe, which made it easy for us to relax while the kids had an amazing time. A special shout-out to Alyssa, who was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and great with the children. She went out of her way to make sure everyone was having fun and created such a positive atmosphere. Not to mention the coffee was perfect! Our kids had an absolute blast and have already been asking to come back as soon as possible! We can't wait to visit again. Highly recommend this play centre to any families looking for a fun, safe, and welcoming place for their kids.

We recently hosted our son’s 8th birthday party at SuperPark, and it was truly a wonderful experience from start to finish. The team was very accommodating and flexible, especially with a few last-minute changes to the final headcount. That really helped ease the stress of party planning. The kids had an amazing time — they were constantly on the move and thoroughly enjoyed all the activities. Even a few of the adults couldn’t resist joining in the fun inside the indoor playground! Everything was neat, clean, and well-organized. The food was served right on time, which kept the party running smoothly. It was such a fun-filled and completely hassle-free celebration. The goodie bags at the end were a lovely touch and made the kids even more excited. Overall, it was a fantastic birthday party experience, and we would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a stress-free and exciting venue for their child’s special day!

The facilities are excellent, but the food quality was very disappointing. The pizza and pies were not up to standard, and the kids did not enjoy them at all. The menu and overall food offering need serious review. Management should implement regular taste-testing by staff and seek honest internal feedback to ensure the food being served is acceptable. Improving the food quality should be a priority, as it significantly impacts the overall guest experience.
