Had the best time celebrating a 60th birthday in the upstairs function space! Highly recommend it for special functions. Private bar, toilets & small outdoor area. Amazing food!! Staff are so so lovely & prompt! Events manager John is the ultimate vibe & extremely attentive in the planning & on the day, love ya work John!!!

Came for a drink and wasnt disappointed. Will need to return for lunch or dinner and update this review when we do. Elise was wonderful, and helped make choosing a red easy by allowing us to try the shiraz before we ordered it. Its an absolute banger, from Telurian. I love that they have boardgames and card games available, and multiple screens to watch the footy on. Definitely will return! A great local

A group of us visited for dinner recently and had the pleasure of being looked after by John. From the moment we arrived, he was attentive and welcoming. Knowing we were catching up as a group, he kindly offered us the quieter dining room area, which gave us a lovely private space and made the evening even more enjoyable. John was polite, informative and prompt throughout the night, providing exceptional service from start to finish. To top it all off, he surprised us with complimentary desserts as we were celebrating three birthdays — such a thoughtful touch. The food was fantastic, the atmosphere was wonderful, and we all thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Highly recommend, and thank you for such a memorable evening.

The Exchange Hotel Upstairs function room is the perfect setting for your celebrations. The function room has a beautiful ambience, complete with private bathrooms, outdoor smoker area, chillout lounge, sound system and bar. The functions menu had a great variety of selections on offer and the food was absolutely delicious, fresh and flavoursome. The staff are absolutely amazing and so accommodating to any request. Special shout out to the Manager John, who was so thorough, super friendly and always available to meet our every request. I highly recommend this venue and will definitely be back for future celebrations

We recently held my mother’s party at The Exchange Hotel and I cannot say enough wonderful things about this venue. While the space itself is absolutely gorgeous and provided the perfect backdrop for our celebration, it was the incredible team that truly made the day unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, the staff was nothing short of amazing. They were remarkably accommodating, flexible, and patient with our requests, especially Matthew, who served us throughout the event! He was fantastic- attentive, professional and went out of his way to make sure all of our guests were completely looked after. A special, heartfelt thank you goes to the events manager, John. His dedication went so far beyond just the day of the event; he guided and supported me for weeks leading up to the party, ensuring every single detail we envisioned was brought to life. Even in the days following the event, John continued to be incredibly generous with his time and patience, helping us wrap everything up seamlessly. He truly went above and beyond to make sure my family was taken care of from start to finish. If you are looking for a stunning venue with a world-class team that will treat your special occasion as if it were their own, look no further than The Exchange Hotel. Thank you, John, and the entire team, for making my mother's celebration so magical!
