Located within reaching distance of Melbourne Zoo, Melbourne University, Flemington Racecourse and the Queen Victoria Markets, this is a delightful hotel that's also capable of hosting meetings and corporate events. Dedicated to David Larwill, the Larwill Studio takes its inspiration from the respected artist's studio. Art fills the many accommodation rooms and meeting spaces of the hotel, making it a location for presentations and workshops that manages to be much more interesting than the usual boardroom or blank office space. There are two meeting rooms available at The Larwill Studio, which can be used individually, or joined together to make one larger function room.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ (Stayed in March and April) A special thank you to Maddy and Grace, who kindly accommodated my early check-in after seeing how exhausted I was from my trip. Their thoughtfulness meant I could get some much-needed rest before the day ahead, and that small gesture made a world of difference. I’d also love to give a shout-out to Caitlin, Marge, Nefeli, and Holden. Every interaction with them was warm, genuine, and welcoming. Their kindness, professionalism, and willingness to help made me feel truly looked after throughout my stay. The Larwill Studio has become my go-to place whenever I’m in need of a little solo women’s getaway. I’m already looking forward to staying again in the coming months when I return to Melbourne for another well-deserved break. Accor team, please take note of this wonderful little team: they are an absolute credit to the hotel.

Its attached to Royal Childrens Hospital which is why I chose this hotel. Very convenient and clean. There is a small food court in the hospital and a little super market. The hotel is right on a fantastic nature play and park which is ideal for walks and the kids can play. Bring your own html cable if you want to cast netflix etc from your phone.

Perfect! Firstly this hotel is directly linked to the Royal Children's Hospital. There is a little group of shops within the hotel. Gift shop, takeaway foods, Boost, Maccas, Dumplings. Also Bambino clothing and a little supermarket. So if you need to stay a while almost everything you need is here. Not to mention the 'All Day Dining' Restaurant with room service and 24 hour front desk service. The absolute best place to stay if you need to visit the hospitals nearby. The RWH, RMH, and Peter Mac Cancer Clinic all are about 10mins walk away or a very quick taxi ride. Don't waste time at other hotels this is the only one that's worth staying at. Plus very competitive pricing. (We stayed at horrible places for higher price - never again!)

We have stayed at the Larwill countless times when our son needed treatment at the Royal Children's Hospital and for other trips down to Melbourne. The rooms are great and parking is convenient and spacious. Being attached to the hospital it is an elevator ride away from the Macca's, supermarket and other in-house conveniences. It is also just as close for hospital visits and appointments.

Had an overnight stay at the modern Larwill Studio. A lovely clean room which is spacious, bathroom clean and spacious also. Comfy king bed, extra blanket/pillows, microwave, cutlery, Nespresso coffee machine a bonus and mini bar. Perfect location near women's and children's hospitals if need to be close. Cafe/Restaurant downstairs (room service available). Reception is 24 hours. Highly recommended.
