The Promenade Docklands is a great events venue with an amazing waterfront location. The setting really makes events feel special, with plenty of space and beautiful views across the water and city skyline. It’s well set up for markets, festivals, and larger events, with easy access to nearby restaurants, cafés, and public transport. The area is clean, well organised, and has a lively but relaxed atmosphere. A fantastic venue that really shows off the best of Docklands.

We recently hosted a 3 day Leadership Conference and networking evening at The Promenade Docklands for 130 delegates. From our initial contact through to the end of our conference, every team member was polite, helpful and went above and beyond to assist us and make sure our requirements were met. The attention to detail and willingness to accommodate all our needs was greatly appreciated and ensured the conference ran smoothly. The professionalism of each and every staff member could not be faulted and we were supported in every aspect from planning the conference through to the running of the event. The catering for both the conference and the networking evening was fantastic, there was an abundance of delicious food available at each break and the inclusion of the special dietary table ensured everyone could eat safely. Thank you for helping us make our 2025 Leadership Conference a huge success.
