Our newly renovated hotel features the 150-seat Plaza Tavern Bistro. Our menu is inspired by our surroundings and our local producers, featuring all the pub classics you know and love. Great service, better than a few years ago. I've come here a few times before and it's improved alot. I'm surprised at how friendly the staff is and the atmosphere is nice and relaxing. Only thing I can recommend is less salt on the broccoli and the steak was overcooked for well done order.

Very generous servings. We had the fish & chips, chicken parmigiana and garlic bread as a side. The meals were so filling that we only got through one piece of the garlic bread. The service was friendly, the meals came out quickly and very reasonably priced. Would definitely recommend.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Absolutely loved our meal at Tavern Plaza Werribee! The risotto was perfectly creamy and full of flavour, the salmon was cooked to perfection with a beautiful crispy skin, and the chicken schnitzel was golden, juicy, and delicious. Wait service by Sammy was awesome … Great portions, friendly service, and a warm, relaxed vibe — easily one of the best spots in Werribee for a satisfying meal. Highly recommend! 👏🍽️

Visited on Saturday evening and was seated immediately by an enthusiastic and friendly gentleman. A variety of different menu options and a vast array of drinks were available for selection. Service was fast and our waiter was a breathe of fresh are who also thoroughly enjoyed his work. I ordered the Pork Belly with Apple Chilli Sauce which was delicious! My only complaint was the pork belly could have been more crispy but overall, incredibly satisfied and would return.

We had dinner at the Tavern on Tuesday night before the Geelong show and were absolutely blown away by the warm, attentive service from Yen, our waitress for the evening. While we really enjoyed the food, it was Yen who truly made our experience memorable. Her down-to-earth, friendly, and personalised approach is exactly the kind of service that keeps people coming back. She made us feel genuinely welcome and cared for — not just like another table. It's rare to come across someone who brings so much heart to their role, and Yen absolutely did. Thank you, Yen, for making our night so lovely — we’ll be back again soon, but will be calling prior to see if you’re working!
