THERAPY™ sits on Main Road in Eltham — two levels, an outdoor terrace, a fireplace and water. Warm timber, low light, deep quiet. It was designed to slow people down, and it does that before anyone has poured a drink.
The room reads as considered on arrival, which means your budget goes into food, drinks and people rather than into making a beige box look like something. Most clients bring almost nothing in.

Food is the reason people book twice. Our kitchen runs a menu built on real ingredients, cooked properly — seasonal, generous, and genuinely good, with dietary requirements handled as standard rather than as a special request. There's a full non-alcoholic and alocholic bar programmed with the same care as the wine list, so the third of your guest list who isn't drinking gets something better than soda water. External caterers are welcome with approval, and we don't charge a kitchen-hire fee.
Beyond the dining room, the building has a sauna, an ice bath, a movement studio, a lounge, treatment rooms and quiet corners most venues can't offer at any price. Guests can be given access as part of the day — a morning before a wedding, a mid-afternoon reset in a long corporate day, or a full private takeover of the space.

Weddings
Ceremony for 140 by the water, reception seated at 80 or cocktail to 180 — one location, no coach transfers, no gap where your guests wander off to a pub.
Terrace and pond for photography, fireplace for when the light drops, and a room that photographs warm rather than washed out.
The morning before is the part couples don't expect: the wedding party has private access to the sauna, the lounge and the quiet spaces from early. Hair and makeup happen here. Nobody arrives frazzled from a hotel room.
Engagements, Birthdays & Milestones
Cocktail to 180 or seated to 80. Canapés through to shared plates, a proper drinks list and a full non-alcoholic bar. Ideal for 30ths through 60ths, engagements and anniversaries that want atmosphere without a styling budget.
Celebrations of Life & Farewells
A calm, private and dignified space for gatherings after a service. Seated or standing, catered simply and well. Our team runs these quietly and without fuss, and we hold memorial bookings on flexible terms — no standard deposit conditions for a family in that position.
Corporate — Board Days, Offsites & Client Days
Get the team out of the building and somewhere that changes the tone of the conversation.
Half day, up to 12 — exclusive morning use, breakfast and lunch in the restaurant, full access to the facilities. From $9,900 + $95pp + GST.
Full day, up to 24 — exclusive use, both meals, breaks built around the space rather than around a corridor with a coffee urn. From $19,500 + $145pp + GST.
Evening function, up to 40 — restaurant takeover, full menu and bar, plus sauna access. From $13,500 + $120pp + GST.
Client day, up to 20 — exclusive use with a dedicated host for the day, branded arrival, both meals, and access to the full building. From $24,000 + $145pp + GST. It's an alternative to the corporate box that doesn't require anyone to drink, and nobody goes home worse than they came.
The Signature Experience
Three hours, up to 30 guests, the entire venue to yourselves — a hosted rotation through the sauna, ice bath, studio and lounge, with drinks and small plates throughout. Fully catered. $6,500 · add Recovery Lunch $1,600.

With flexible indoor areas accommodating up to 80 guests seated or 120–150 standing across upstairs and downstairs spaces, as well as an expansive lawn with unlimited capacity, the venue can be adapted to suit events of any style or scale. Wow what a fabulous experience!! Located 30 minutes from Melbournes CBD in Eltham and only a jump and skip to the Yarra Valley, this state of the art wellbeing centre is simply stunning. From a cool cafe with healthy dining to a great community co working lounge space to an amazing array of high tech machines that all focused on improving your health, Therapy is a wonderful addition to the Australian wellness landscape. The team of professionals are there to guide you on your bespoke journey and do it with a smile! This is a must for a team outing or just a few hours of self care. A truly exceptional dining experience. Every dish was exquisitely composed, showcasing the freshest, most thoughtfully sourced ingredients. The lamb shoulder and barramundi were next-level delicious, cooked to perfection and full of flavour. Even the asparagus was transformed into something remarkable, and the dessert was utterly unforgettable. Impeccable food, warm and gracious service, and the convenience of enjoying five-star quality dining right here in Eltham makes this place an absolute standout. If I could rate Therapy higher than five stars, I absolutely would. I had a beautiful one hour massage with Mia and she was incredible. She has such great energy and is an amazing masseuse. I left feeling completely relaxed and will 100% be returning on a very regular basis. The space itself is gorgeous with such a welcoming and supportive energy. I immediately dropped into my parasympathetic nervous system the moment I arrived, helped by being greeted by two beautiful dogs who are clearly very emotionally intelligent and tuned in. I also loved the range of books around the space and picked up a few that I am now interested in reading. It is the kind of place you want to spend extra time just chilling out in. The café was incredible. I had the chocolate peanut butter smoothie and it may honestly be the best smoothie I have ever had in my entire life. I finished it within a minute because it was that delicious. Such a special place and I cannot recommend it highly enough.

We have visited Therapy Café a couple of times for coffee and a light breakfast in the outdoor café area and we were so excited to attend the Mother’s Day opening of the restaurant. The café has always impressed us, the coffee, breakfasts and sandwiches are absolutely delicious, so we had high expectations for the restaurant and it completely exceeded them. Wow… it was absolutely divine. The restaurant is stunning, with a beautifully designed, calming atmosphere that instantly makes you feel relaxed and welcome. It’s the kind of place you want to sit back, unwind and stay a while. The staff were exceptional, genuinely warm, friendly, attentive and so professional. Nothing was too much trouble and their service made the whole experience even more special. The food was outstanding 😋 fresh, beautifully presented and full of flavour. Every dish felt thoughtfully prepared and truly high quality. Sharing the experience as a family with my husband and our two adult boys made it even better and they loved it just as much as I did. We honestly couldn’t recommend Therapy Café/Restaurant highly enough. If you’re looking for a beautiful setting, incredible food and genuinely wonderful service, this is a must-visit. 🤍
