We had a wonderful experience at Quest Collingwood, largely due to the exceptional service provided by the reception staff. The female receptionist who assisted us during check-in was outstanding; she was not only friendly and accommodating to us and our dog but also ensured a smooth check-in process. When we encountered an issue with our initial room, she resolved it promptly and efficiently. Additionally, she kindly directed us to the nearest grassy area for our dog, which was greatly appreciated. Another receptionist with curly hair also contributed to our positive experience by checking in with us to ensure everything was satisfactory. Overall, our stay was delightful, and our dog enjoyed it as well. The room has everything we need, the bed very comfortable. There are nice cafes, restaurants close by. Highly recommend Quest Collingwood!

Will stay here again. I have tired a few places in Collingwood for accommodation. This is the best. Shower was amazing and bed super comfortable and the best was we got to sleep in because of the block out curtains. The room was modern and clean and a separate bedroom was the cherry on top. Gustavo was very welcoming 🤩

My partner and I stayed at Quest Collingwood for a wedding, and we couldn’t be happier with our experience. The staff were absolutely lovely—welcoming and helpful from start to finish. Our room was beautiful, clean, and very comfortable. The location was perfect, close to everything we needed. We were also pleasantly surprised with an early check-in and late check-out, which made our stay even more relaxing. Highly recommend!

We stayed in Quest Collingwood for a week last month. Really enjoyed it! The rooms are very well-designed so there are separate areas despite the size of the room is not so large. Apart from the bed, you have a desk, a fully equipped kitchen and dining area. Bathroom is spacious! All the material used in the hotel is of high quality. Collingwood is a very lively neighborhood; we really loved it. It is easy reach to the city center by the tram. We absolutely enjoyed our stay in Quest! Highly recommend it.

Clean. Neat. Cosy. The rooms were great and always decent and great connectivity with the WiFi and TV. Team at the front desk were great too. Friendly and attentive. Location was ok. No issues and pretty quiet side of the area.
