The Veriu Queen Victoria Market is very well located in the CBD of Melbourne. It is central, so most activities can be reach by foot or public transportation. But also easily accessible so one can come and exit the city by car without having to be stuck in traffic. The Queen Victoria Market next door is perfect for having breakfast or lunch. You can find there almost everything you need. We enjoyed the parking from the hotel that you can book for a day. It is a bit expensive (around 20 AUD) but it is safe and connected to the hotel. The hotel also have a free laundry room with washing machines and dryers. They were clean and well maintained. The rooms were spacious and well equipped. With a small kitchen, a large bathroom and modern equipment. The beds were comfy and the room feels premiums.

I came to Melbourne for a mix of business and leisure, and a friend recommended Veriu Queen Victoria Market as a great place to stay — and they were absolutely right! Check-in was smooth and easy, and the staff were genuinely friendly and explained everything clearly. My room was spotless and very comfortable, with a large fridge, two-burner stovetop, microwave, toaster, kettle, and even a coffee pod machine. It had everything I needed for a short or extended stay. The bed and pillows were super comfortable, and the bathroom had a huge shower stocked with quality toiletries. I also loved being able to set the air-conditioning to my preferred temperature. The TV included built-in streaming apps, which was a great touch — just remember to sign out when checking out! The location couldn’t be better — right across from Queen Victoria Market and within walking distance of the CBD, Chinatown, Melbourne Central, and plenty of restaurants and cafes. Public transport is right nearby too, with trams and trains easily accessible. Parking is available but on the expensive side at $40 per day/night, so it’s worth pre-booking if you’re driving. If you do have a car, just be aware that parking when checking in can be a little tricky — it was for me as a solo traveller — but I was able to quickly pull into the entry area of the parking section to unload before heading inside. Overall, I had an excellent stay and would definitely book Veriu Queen Victoria Market again next time I’m in the city.

Everything about the stay was easy. The staff member named Dulaj helped me check when I suddenly arrived in Melbourne without a booking and he went out of his way to make me feel welcome and supported. I won't forget his impeccable service. In all, the location is fabulous, the staff friendly and helpful and the common area welcoming. The room was simple and straightforward but with coffee pods supplied daily and everything in the kitchen that you could possibly need, it truly felt like home away from home.

Stayed at Veriu Queen Victoria Market and couldn’t fault it. The service was top tier from start to finish, super friendly and helpful team that made everything easy. The value for money is excellent, especially considering how modern and well-kept the rooms are. Everything felt clean, comfortable and well thought out. Location is honestly one of the best parts. Being right next to Queen Vic Market and walking distance to everything in the CBD made the whole trip effortless. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend to anyone coming to Melbourne.

Our room was well equipped with a handy kitchenette and was smart and comfortable. I liked that the apartment hotel caters for families, with a quad room. Double bed and bunk beds. Opposite the Queen Victoria Market. Only gave Service 4 stars because there were not many staff members, only 1 at night and 2 in the morning, so it’s not their fault, but sometimes there was a wait to get service.
