This is probably one of the most beautiful hotels I have ever stayed in by the way everything is arranged and designed. I spent a week here while attending a conference, and from the moment I arrived, I felt at home. The hotel is small enough to have a warm, welcoming atmosphere, which makes it feel very personal and relaxing and is situated in a great area. The rooms are beautifully designed, the beds are very comfortable, and the service is outstanding. I also appreciated the two complimentary bottles of water provided every day. The breakfast was an absolute highlight. Instead of a buffet, you are served a freshly prepared dish every morning, which I absolutely loved. Everything was delicious and of excellent quality. A big thank you to the entire team for making my stay so enjoyable. I would be delighted to come back!

After an extensive stay at this hotel, I can confidently say the entire team went far beyond what I expected to make every single day feel welcoming, comfortable, and genuinely like home. Hospitality is easy to promise, but very difficult to deliver consistently at a high level and this team truly exceeded my already high expectations. A very special thank You to Tania, whose professionalism, dedication, composure, kindness, and incredible work ethic did not go unnoticed. She carries herself with a level of care and responsibility that is exceptionally rare to see. No matter the situation, she handled everything with grace, intelligence, and genuine commitment to the guests’ experience. What impressed me even more was seeing her constantly stepping in to solve problems far outside what most people would reasonably expect from someone in her role. A person with her level of dedication should have the proper supporting staff around her, rather than having to personally deal with operational issues that should already be covered. People like Tania are the backbone of places like this, and her efforts deserve both recognition and appreciation. A raise would honestly be very well deserved. On a personal note to Tania: thank You for Your patience, Your kindness, and for always making me feel genuinely welcomed. People rarely forget how someone made them feel, and Your warmth and dedication made this stay memorable in a way that goes beyond hospitality alone! Sweet little getaway hotel very close to the city and Brunswick area. Coffee was amazing and so was breakfast in bed. Staff were lovely and the bed was cozy and fresh. Parking was abit tricky. I suggest using PTV. Thanks for having us.

We had a wonderful stay for a conference. Lovely check-in staff, friendly wait staff and delicious breakfast. The rooms are recently renovated and are very modern. Ideal location and a very trendy vibe. Will be staying again!

🛌 🌟 What a gem of a find in a city of big hotel chains. It’s the attention to the small details and the exceptional customer service that make all the different. The rooms are certainly different but very well presented with the random and obscure details the nice finishing touch. IGA and a world of amazing food choices close by. The breakfast selections were great and a little bit off the normal without trying too hard. Highly recommend staying at Zagames and experiencing Lygon street instead of a big hotel chain in the City.
