The Boardroom
Located adjacent to the Inchiquin Room, our Boardroom offers a professional and formal setting designed for focused meetings and executive discussions. Conner's Restaurant

We are Accor members and this is one of the main reasons we chose to visit Clare Country Club. We are golfers and it was a bonus that the golf club is right next door. We stayed for 2 nights in Room 20 which was perfect for us. Great king size bed beautiful bath and shower. Quite unique was the 2 x TVs 1 in the bedroom and 1 in the living area. We dined in Connor’s Restaurant for dinner and chose the chef’s specials main course of pork cutlets and a salmon dish. Enjoyed both immensely. Well presented and delicious flavours. The staff were very helpful and polite overall great service from our waitress. Leo at reception on arrival was very professional. We would highly recommend the hotel to our family and friends and definitely look forward to another stay in the future. We also packed our own electric bike and ventured out on the Riesling trail for a day which was amazing. Thank you Clare we love you.

My husband and I stayed 1 night at the Clare Country Club to celebrate our 28th anniversary. We were in room 15, directly under the bar. Even though the bar was busy with Happy Hour, the sound did not come into the room. The room was spacious and clean with a view out over the garden and swimming pool. The bathroom was roomy and had a bath and shower. We had some complimentary snacks and a bottle of wine to enjoy, which was a nice touch. We had a drink at the bar prior to having a meal in the restaurant. The food we ordered was delicious and very well presented. All the staff we had contact with were friendly and courteous. We would definitely stay here again.

We got married last year at the country club and had all our proceedings there, along with a majority of our guests residing there. We returned to Connors Restaurant Saturday to celebrate our first wedding anniversary and were warmly welcomed. Each staff member greeted us and wished us a happy anniversary, the wait time was minimal and we were able to relive some of our wedding memories with similar food to our reception. The country club is always warm, welcoming and accommodating and I can’t thank them more for forming some our best memories as a married couple.

We stayed here for the first time for my birthday and wow, what a hidden gem. Had a stunning, clean room overlooking the golf course. Extremely comfortable bed, which is a bloody bonus! The pool was beautiful and very clean. Our dinner was absolutely amazing. The chef certainly knows what medium rare is.

We stayed 4 nights at the country club in a suite that was “waterfront” Unfortunately we were disappointed. We arrived at check in 2pm and told the housekeeping was “under the pump” so had to come back later. It wasn’t a huge deal however when we finally got to our room it was quite dirty. Dead flys and bugs in the window sills, the bathroom floor was so gritty and dirty we had to wear shoes at all times even in the shower. Only two toilet rolls to last 5 days? Not once did housekeeping stop by to drop off fresh towels or additional toilet rolls. The small outside communal bin that serviced 6 suites wasn’t emptied the entire 5 days we were there. The verandah fronting the dried up lake had never once been swept or windows cleaned. We never usually care about these types of things but for $335 a night and staying with a baby you would expect cleanliness and fresh towels at least for a 4 night stay. One bbq to service the entire resort which was always in use. We had to cook our bbq at the playground on the other side of town and drive our food back. Overall this resort isn’t in the best shape. Good for one or two nights at most. We wouldn’t recommend staying at the Clare Country Club.
