In addition to the rooms being clean and very comfortable the staff here are amazing! They went above and beyond to help us out when our campervan broke down in Ballina. They gave us late checkout and allowed us to work from their restaurant all day while we waited for our van to be repaired. The location is close to the city centre which was very convenient given we didn’t have transport. The pool was nice too cool of in as well. Highly recommend!

Staying at the Comfort Inn All Seasons in Ballina was a fantastic experience, primarily due to its incredibly convenient location that puts all the local "deeds" and necessities within easy reach. The room design is truly impressive—modern, stylish, and thoughtfully laid out to maximize comfort. A major plus for us was the spacious parking, which made coming and going completely stress-free. With its combination of great aesthetics and practical amenities, this hotel has everything you need for a seamless stay in the heart of town.

Front desk ladies are lovley. Not great laundry facilites. Bed was very soft. Lovley room very spacious. We were up graded at no extra cost and that was very nice. Was pool filtters were not working, we still had a swim just a few bugs and leaves in the water. Would recommend for a short stay.

Our one-night stay here was fabulous! Our very late arrival must have been very inconvenient, but they were helpful and understanding. Dinner was amazing, absolutely delicious. Allocated rooms were conveniently close to each other, clean and comfortable. It would have been good if breakfast was served here, but that is the only downside. Highly recommend staying here

The stay here was brilliant. The staff were incredible. Really clean rooms and nice beds. There are shops near by and very short trip to Byron Bay and Lennox Heads, The price point is much better by comparison to any accommodation in Byron Bay.
