No mini bar or snacks, pool area uninspiring. Breakfast good. Room acceptable but dusty and no satellite TV. Annoyingly no. Annoyingly no body wash in pump bottle too. They did send up a complimentary (cheap and nasty) bottle of wine and fruit. Nice staff though.

Just wanted to say Janisha on the front desk was so helpful with my eye condition allowing me to have my eye mask heated up every morning and every night so caring. Always smiling and asking about the customers welfare wondering young women. Dipesh also another incredible human being helping me with setting up my tv as I was struggling to set it up what a beautiful nature nothing was a problem for him. Your staff are incredible well done Hilton

Hilton Hotels are deserving of their reputation. Hilton Darwin is an excellent property providing guests with an above average accomodation experience. During the wet season room service may be lacking but understandable because the occupancy rate is well down. Nevertheless the breakfast is in line with a hotel of the calibre. The facilities are clean and well maintained.

It is a nice place. The rooms are very wonderful. I was unfortunate in that my view was blocked by the neighbors across the road. Nothing to do about that. I personally found the room too cold, maybe I am used to a warmer climate. The servers were friendly and very helpful. Of you have a concern or a problem be nice to the hosts they will do great thing for you of your polite. Breakfast was amazing and certainly worth it if you can get it. Next time higher up might be better.

Great hotel in the centre of Darwin. I attended a conference and stayed 5 nights in total. Close to everything and excellent as a base. This is definitely the best Hilton in Darwin. (Be aware the 'other' one isnt so great...) The staff all went above and beyond. I loved the thoughtful text received shortly after I checked in from Oswaldo asking if I was happy with everything. He was incredibly helpful with a range of things, including returning everything I forgot in my room following my 4AM checkout!. The breakfasts are excellent, with the usual choices of fruit, eggs cooked to order and decent proper coffee. I paid for the harbour view room, which wasn't that much more. It was worth the extra dollars to wake up to that view each morning. Great choice at an affordable price point. Thank you Hilton anbd your staff.
