Had a fantastic time bowling at King Pin! Minhaz was absolutely brilliant — super friendly, welcoming, and made sure we had everything we needed. I would like to report a very disappointing experience we had at your venue. We visited because we saw the promotion offering a free Funko Pop with the purchase of game credits. The main reason we decided to buy this deal was because our 4-year-old son saw Spider-Man in the advertisement and became very excited. We normally would have purchased game credits anyway, but we specifically chose this promotion because he really wanted the Spider-Man Funko. After we finished playing, we went to the counter to collect our Funko. The staff member serving us was unfriendly from the moment we approached her. She looked annoyed, didn’t seem interested in speaking with us, and when I asked to collect the Funko, she simply said, “Come back at the end,” in a very impatient tone. I explained that we had already finished playing, which was exactly why we had come to collect it. She then went to get one for us and returned with a random character that our son didn’t recognize. Our son asked if there was a Spider-Man one. We understood that the Funko Pops might be random, and we were even willing to purchase another game package just to have another chance at getting Spider-Man. When I politely asked if it was possible to exchange it or choose a different character, she immediately refused. Her responses were very short, her facial expressions were dismissive, and she showed absolutely no willingness to help or even have a polite conversation. We didn’t argue with her. Instead, we spoke to another staff member, who informed us that she was actually the manager. That honestly shocked me. If this is how a manager treats customers, I have serious concerns about how customer service is being demonstrated to the rest of the team. To be clear, this complaint is not about not receiving Spider-Man. We understand that the promotion may involve random characters, and we completely accept that. The reason I explained the full story was simply to provide context. Our complaint is about the poor attitude, the lack of respect, and the way we were treated. We were polite throughout the entire interaction, yet we were made to feel like we were inconveniencing her just by asking a simple question. I hope this feedback is taken seriously. The issue isn’t the toy—it’s the complete lack of customer service and professionalism. No customer should be treated this way, especially by someone in a management position.
