Stayed here overnight prior to my next flight. Staff were very friendly and professional. Phone calls were answered promptly. The room was clean, tidy and spacious. Bed was comfortable for me. It was handy being able to have food service delivery from the Firehouse restaurant for my dinner. Breakfast options were also great. Great location as near the airport. They also provide free shuttle which is really great!

Stayed a Friday night in June after arriving from NZ. Room was very cleverly designed like you would find in Japan or Scandinavia. A series of glass and wood panels can move to enclose the bathroom area for privacy or steam retention and be open the rest of the time making the room feel very spacious. Really quite ingenious set up! The shower door can also be the toilet door. Bed firmer than we prefer but thats common in hotels. Overall cleaning very good with only small amount of dusty areas. Lovely expensive looking shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Tastefully decorated. Excellent blackout curtains and a great TV with options. The Restaurant is also excellent. Parking underneath building was appreciated with the wet weather. Will definitely stay in the warmer months next time so can use the pool and spa. 😍

We'd previously stayed here in an executive room in the rear building which was great. Upon booking this time, the executive rooms were sold out, so we got a deluxe for $50 more per night than what we paid previously in the executive. This room was not worth $250 a night. It's unclean and uncomfortable. Only 3 pillows were supplied and they couldn't even afford the right size mattress protector on the uncomfortable bed with plastic sheets that you will definitely sweat on. No soundproofing, so you will hear your neighbours. The grime and the splatter everywhere was gross. They also keep plates, mugs, kettle and toater, under the sink....next to the dirty bin...wtf! Sticky, dirty floors and the door handles were disgusting. Balcony was not clean and windows covered in grime. Cutlery was dirty and the AC was broken. No easily accessible power points next to the bed. No lift so you'll have to drag your luggage up stairs. We'd just flown in after a long day of travel from a developing nation that far exceeded all standards here, especially cleaning, for a quarter of the price. This is a FIFO worker haven so I would avoid the front 3 buildings or just go elsewhere.

I was there for a couple of days before flying out to an outback tour. The rooms are good and clean however there was no spare blanket, when I asked for one I was given another sheet. I dont like running the AC at night as it is too noisy. The Chromecast did not work; they did their best to sort it out. I did ask on the Sunday how to get to Fremantle and nobody new how to use the public transport. The motel is a long way from anywhere except fast food. I was there solo; there is no bar at the restaurant, and the staff said there were no bars nearby. I would not stay again, only because of the location, if you were there with a group it would be a good option.

We have stayed here multiple times. The rooms are very clean and set out well. There is free gated parking and the location gives us easy access to everywhere we need to go. Staff is lovely and the price is very reasonable.
