Extremely comfortable rooms, very professional service but friendly, was treated like family. My husband and I, recommend Saruul and Ashbay (sorry if name not spelt right). For bonuses, they showed great potential for more responsibility/leadership. Food in Gusti as always was great, full of tasty plates. Cool cocktails but might need a couple more.

We had a lovely one-night stay with the kids and overall a very nice experience. We had a great time. The pool has a beautiful view, and the gym is connected to the pool, which made it very convenient for me to work out while keeping an eye on the kids swimming. Dinner at Gusti Restaurant was excellent. The food was delicious, and the young male waiter was very kind and attentive — he even gave us a complimentary drink with our dinner. I really loved the cheese cocktail and the coffee cocktail (sorry, I can’t remember the exact names). Breakfast was also a nice surprise, as an older waiter kindly did not charge us for the breakfast we ordered from the menu, which was very much appreciated. The bedroom was comfortable, and the pillow was perfect. However, one downside was the noise from the room above us. I could hear kids running around late into the night, which made it difficult to sleep. I contacted reception, but the noise continued, so I had to complain again a few hours later. Thankfully, after that, the noise reduced and I was finally able to fall asleep. I believe it may have been the same group of teenage boys who were also playing quite recklessly in the gym earlier. Overall, the hotel itself is great, and I would definitely come back again. It was just unfortunate that I didn’t get a full night of good sleep due to noise from other guests.

More problems with IHG! I’ve been a loyal customer for decades and have often been top tier (Royal Ambassador) but, unfortunately, the level of customer service has declined to the point where it is no longer possible for me to maintain a business relationship with the brand. I made a 7 night booking at the Crowne Plaza Perth and am currently at the property. In my room there was a note explaining that I would get a 60% bonus on points earned, as well as other benefits due to my loyalty status, but the front desk stated that this was untrue and I’d actually be getting NO BENEFITS AT ALL. In the room the toiletries are left sitting on the floor in the shower and the door, which is already damaged in spite of a recent renovation, looks like it was painted by a blind 3 year old. The level of craftsmanship and attention to detail is nonexistent. Unfortunately, this, along with numerous other instances of IHG incompetence (including overcharging my credit card) makes it impossible to continue staying at their properties. I’ll be switching my loyalty to another brand at the end of this stay. In fact, I’d leave today if I hadn’t prepaid or if the hotel was willing to refund the remaining nights but they are not. Update: Total gaslighting and more lies from IHG. The booking was NOT made via Expedia, the “issues with the Ambassador program” was actually an unauthorised charge (theft) made to my account and NONE of the issues with the room were commented on in the reply below. Will your stay be better? Maybe, but why take the risk. There are plenty of good hotels, run by reputable brands, in Perth. Do yourself a favour and stay at one of them instead.

The views are great for a sunset. For a 6'2 bloke the only issue i have is the shower heads are shoulder height. Bit frustrating but hey, bar and room is nice and spacious. Happy hour is great $10 pints of local brew, can't go wrong there.

Currently staying night 2 of 3 and let me tell you if I could book another place right now I would. My wife is pregnant the shower is terrible she has to climb in and out of a bathtub to get to the shower. Very unsafe in my opinion Then the gym we are the room below the gym and all we can hear is people walking to and from the pool weights begin dropped and people running on the treadmill from 6am to 10pm it’s a constant cycle Can say that that the service has been pretty good food was really nice. But as an overall place and for the name of crown plaza begin a bit more fancy we are pretty disappointed.
