The QT Perth is a fantastic hotel, perfectly located in the middle of the Perth CBD. Everything is within easy walking distance and it’s a great place to stay for events in the city. The rooms are excellent, with clever and quirky design that was very practical and elegant. The bed was super comfortable and the amenities were great - loved the big range of free movies. We had a package that included breakfast and it was excellent. Not the usual buffet madness, but instead an à la cart selection. We also had dinner one night in the restaurant and it was outstanding. The service at the front desk was great, with only one gap. On our second night, there was no hot water to our room that night. It was due to a mains fault, but we were not notified. We still had no hot water the next morning, with no apologies or notice. I appreciate that these things happen, but a simple acknowledgment would have gone a long way.

We recently stayed at QT Perth and overall had a pleasant experience. The location is excellent, the staff were friendly and welcoming, and the rooftop bar was definitely a highlight of our stay. We were celebrating our anniversary, and the team made the occasion feel special by having a bottle of bubbles waiting for us on arrival, which was a lovely touch and very much appreciated. That said, for the price point, I don't feel it delivers a true luxury hotel experience. The towels and bedding felt quite basic and lacked the quality and comfort you'd expect from a premium stay, which impacted the overall feel of the room. There were also a few small details that made a difference. The bathroom lighting was very dim, making it difficult to get ready, there was no makeup mirror, and the amenities felt fairly standard rather than high-end. While we enjoyed our stay and appreciated the service, location, and thoughtful anniversary gesture, I personally wouldn't pay the same rate again as I don't feel the overall experience matched the cost. A comfortable and enjoyable hotel, but not one I'd place in the luxury category.

Can’t say enough good stuff about this hotel. Have stayed in a lot of hotels in Perth and this was the first time staying here but will definitely be going back. Great location right in the heart of the city with easy walking distance to everything. The front of house staff were so helpful, when we arrived early for our check in he came out and took our car for valet parking (sorry did not get his name) then still checked us in early when we came back, and remembered my name (such attention to detail!). The lady in charge of security is such an asset too, so helpful, friendly and informative. The room was lovely and bed was extremely comfy (would love to know what brand of bed that is!) Dyson accessories and bathroom all top spec. The rooftop bar was exceptional, lovely staff there too and wonderful view of the city, with great atmosphere and good music. Breakfast and staff in Santini Restaurant were excellent too. Highly recommend this hotel!

I booked Qt Perth two weeks in advance to celebrate my daughter’s birthday with her two of her friends the hotel new it it was a special occasion yet the way they treated was unacceptable the staff were unprofessional ,dismissive and made what should have been a memorable birthday a stressful and disappointing experience . Rather than feeling welcomed and valued my daughter and her friends were left feeling uncomfortable and upset .for the hotel promotes premium service the customer experience was far below expectations I regret choosing this hotel for such an important occasion . I would not recommend it based on our experience.

My experience sums up this venue as Opulent - Service on point. Thank you Maria for the easy seamless stress free check at customer care service desk . Maria professional proficient and memorable. The rooms on Point clean ( we were great full for 2 beautiful rooms with bath tubs) meticulous accessible and home away from home. We had drinks at the QT Roof top. Service by staff both by QR or front facing impeccable. Love the arvo vibes drinks after work the sun beaming into the atrium cocktails vibing as the sun went down and became a mirage. The soft music vibes of the DJ colourful cocktails mirrors delish finger food. Lets go to the room. It was you inviting me into your home. I wasnt just a guest I was the most important person In the world and the rooms are a reflection of who you are as a collective delivery high end quality and service. To those small touches... the dyson... the designer room spray candles and bath bomb ( I bought the room spray) as a reminder of interior decadence. The room itself and bathroom functional and well designed the well equipped bar featuring Australian made and coffee machine to the Bose speaker. Room the bed/pillow throws super comfy and spotless. I felt so guilty and made my bed cleaned as I went - truly home away from home. Thank you.
