Meeting Room 4 at Willetton Stadium

The Function Room R1 at level 1 is a large 230 SQM space with windows on two sides allowing abundant natural light and overlooking tall green gum-trees above Burrendah Boulevard. The room can be set for up to 210 people seated at round tables or theatre style. Hire of the room includes state of the art projector, screen and sound system with two wireless microphones. The space is incredibly versatile.

R6 is a large space of 43SQM with natural light from two windows. The room is often used for meetings of 18-24 people board room style and can fit 30 people comfortably theater style. Tables and comfortable cushioned chairs are on wheels making the space very versatile. The room is quiet and has an adjoining kitchenette with hot water and fridge. A Samsung Flip, projector and or whiteboard can be hired separately. All our spaces were built and decorated in the last 3 years and are in as new condition. The lighting, air conditioning and heating are very effective for all our rooms.

R2 is a medium sized space overlooking the indoor basketball courts. The room has a built in wall mounted screen and whiteboard (free to use) and is most often used for team meetings and workshops. There are two fixed large white tables and comfortable cushioned chairs on wheels. All our spaces were built and decorated in the last 3 years and are in as new condition. The lighting, air conditioning and heating are very effective for all our rooms.

R5 is a medium sized space of 23 SQM that can fit 12-16 people comfortably. The room has two large windows with lots of natural light and most often used for team meetings and workshops. There are 5 rectangular white tables on wheels and comfortable cushioned chairs on wheels making the space very versatile. All our spaces were built and decorated in the last 3 years and are in as new condition. The lighting, air conditioning and heating are very effective for all our rooms.
