The Great Ocean Road Ballroom at RACV Torquay Resort is a spacious, pillarless event space designed for conferences, corporate functions, gala dinners, cocktail events and celebrations. Set against the stunning backdrop of Torquay, the ballroom features floor-to-ceiling windows with views across the golf course and towards the ocean.
With 474m² of flexible event space, the ballroom can accommodate up to 410 guests for cocktail-style events and 270 guests for banquet-style functions. It can also be divided into two separate rooms, Rincon and Winkipop, providing added flexibility for different event formats and sizes.
The ballroom is equipped with modern audio-visual facilities, built-in data projectors, motorised drop-down screens, individually controlled lighting and complimentary Wi-Fi. Its dedicated pre-function area is ideal for guest registration, networking, pre-event drinks or catering breaks, making the Great Ocean Road Ballroom a versatile choice for memorable events on the Surf Coast.
