First time visitor...We were told it had a recent major renovation. We got a free upgrade which was nice of them. The gentleman at the front desk was nice and polite. Got to our room and they had fitted out the rooms with some pretty funky coloured carpet. It has a great location to Surry Hills and Oxford St. One thing to note, the underground car park is extremely precarious. It's so tight in spaces in so many ways, if you have a large or low profile car, forget about it. 😉

Overall, it was a nice stay. Situated at the heart of Surry Hills, it made me feel that I was one of the residents of Surry Hills. Very close to the bus stop of route 304 that takes you into the city. Paul and his team also did incredible work in merging my booking and upgrading my room for a special occasion. The room also had some nice views over the CBD of Sydney and Surry Hills! The king balcony room was quite spacious, however I feel like it wasn't a very good use of space; although you have a huge room for walking, perhaps a chair could be added for the working table. Also, the balcony was unfortunately locked and we could not access it, the bathroom was also pretty small and old. The hospitality from one of the staff wasn’t the best either. Yet, apart from that all the staff had been pretty amazing, and I had nothing much to complain about for the price. I hope that some thorough cleaning or even renovation can be undertaken (especially for the rooms) so that this hotel can transform from a nice one to an excellent one.

We had a pleasant stay at ADGE Hotel and found it to be a great base for exploring the city. The check-in process was fast and hassle-free. The hotel has a unique and aesthetic design that gives it a stylish and modern feel. Its location is convenient, with a bus stop nearby, while still being situated in a quiet neighborhood, making it easy to get around and enjoy a peaceful stay. We also appreciated the hotel's inclusive atmosphere. Housekeeping was excellent, with daily room cleaning and towel changes. All of my requests were accommodated promptly, which made the stay even more comfortable. The room was well-equipped with a fridge, kettle, Nespresso machine, coffee cups and mugs, along with complimentary coffee pods, milk, and tea. The television was easy to use, and the room provided enough space for two people to stay comfortably. A couple of areas for improvement would be the lack of complimentary bottled water and the air conditioning, which did not get as cold as we would have liked. Overall, ADGE Hotel offers a comfortable and stylish stay with great service, and I would happily consider staying here again.

I needed a place to stay close to Paddington, Surry Hills and the CBD so I could spend time with my son. As a woman travelling on my own, I felt safe and secure throughout my stay, which made the experience even more enjoyable. The location was perfect, with easy access to everything I needed, and I would happily stay here again.

Great place in Surry Hills, near the CBD, easy access to all the main tourist attractions in Sydney by public transport. There's also a nice Brazilian restaurant right next to the hotel with great food. Aldi and IGA supermarkets, and chemistry warehouse also in walking distance from the hotel. The decoration of the hotel is quite beautiful with colorful dragons and patterns. Staff is friendly, check-in and out was quick and easy. The room was clean, comfortable, with nice air conditioning/ heating system for perfect temperature control. The hot water in the shower was also good. The internet works well and you can cast videos from the phone to the smart-TV in the room. Open TV channels also available.
