We’ve visited a number of times and have thoroughly enjoyed it each time. The food is simply outstanding. The burgers, chicken, corn, fries, brisket. You name it, full of flavour, juicy and reasonable portions. The brisket burgers could and should be a little bigger as they’re on the smaller side compared to others. That said, they’re still amazing, leaving you wanting more. The brewers snack platter is epic with a bit of everything. Shame they don’t have mozzarella sticks anymore. The fried wings did the trick this time. Great service. Sensational food. Only negative. No kids after 5. There goes family dinner while watching the footy or other sport. Shame as we’d be there quite often. Overall 9.5/10. Amazing.

Rubbish food. Onion rings. We were given 8 small rings. The kids fish taco, had cold chips and a tiny piece of fish. Sweet potato fries were soft, and oily. Did not even bother with more food as this was woeful. Pretty upsetting considering the good reviews we came across. The man serving on the Easter Sunday should be ashamed of himself, serving a basket of 8 onion rings. Unacceptable.

Basement Brewhouse located at Basement of Bankstown Sports Club. There are multiple dining areas and lounge and more than one counter. It provides food like burgers, chips and various choices of beers. Parking and access to there is convenient and easy.

I booked the brew house specifically for the menu and to celebrate with my family, and for lunch yesterday as kids aren't allowed from 5pm. I arrived and sought out the hostess. She was short and rude from the beginning - she wasn't asking questions to help, and got offended when it was pointed out, all the while pulling faces. Instead of helping find my booked table, she was intent on having petty discussions. She didn't believe I had phoned ahead to say parking in the club is chaotic, and we are still coming. When I was finally told the table number, the conversation ended there. I had to ask her to show me to my table. As the table was taken by someone else, in front of my primary school aged child, she suggested an over 18s table was available and did I want to take it... this beggars belief, was I to leave my child to fend for themselves elsewhere while I ate? There's no place for unprofessional behaviour and ridiculous statements when dealing with the public. If you admit it's really busy, then you need to acknowledge perhaps you cannot handle the environment. While my child and I were really disappointed with the experience as a whole, we had a positive experience with the Greenfield Bistro food and staff, as usual. I've had mostly positive experiences as a long term member of this club, however this was nasty and unnecessary.

Very disappointing experience at Brew House Bankstown Sports on 13 June at approximately 6:40pm. The staff member serving us, who appeared to be a Team Leader, provided some of the poorest customer service I have experienced in a long time. When we approached the counter and advised that we wanted to order on table 93, he failed to explain the ordering process and simply responded with short answers, leaving us confused as to whether we were actually able to order there. Rather than asking what we would like to order, he stood there and provided little assistance. Throughout the ordering process there were multiple mistakes and a lack of product knowledge. I ordered a chicken schnitzel parmigiana and was incorrectly charged extra for fries, despite fries already being included with the meal. I then asked if I could have the meal with chips only and no salad. Instead of simply accommodating the request or explaining whether it was possible, he responded in a rude and dismissive manner, saying words to the effect of, "We're going to give you the salad anyway, just take it off your plate yourself." The same issues continued with other meals we ordered. He repeatedly attempted to charge extra for fries that were already included and insisted they did not come with chips until we showed him the menu ourselves. When I asked for a cheeseburger without cheese, the response was a sarcastic, "So you want a cheeseburger without the cheese?" delivered in a dismissive tone. Because of the attitude, I ended up changing my order altogether. Mistakes can happen, but the combination of poor communication, repeated ordering errors, lack of menu knowledge and an unhelpful attitude made for a frustrating experience. I would expect a much higher standard of service, particularly from someone in a Team Leader position.
