Bondi Liquor Co is a working distillery that was born and raised in Bondi. With our production facility and bar now located in Darlinghurst, we are the ideal venue space for a variety of events you may want to hold. With a capacity of 75pax, we can offer a full venue hire or you can reserve a section that meets your needs.

Whole of Venue
With full venue hire, you get exclusive access to the downstairs bar and the outdoor laneway garden.
Guests can move easily between the main bar, the distillery space, and the outdoor area, so the event can flow naturally.
Drinks include house-distilled spirits and signature cocktails, with food packages available to suit your plans. The space has a relaxed, social feel, shaped by Sydney’s craft spirits scene.
Semi-private
The semi-private area sits at the back of the venue, next to the working distillery, and opens out into a relaxed outdoor space.
It works well for corporate gatherings, team celebrations, birthdays, and networking events. You get a bit more privacy, while still being close to the atmosphere of the main bar.

We recently celebrated our 50th birthday party there. Affordable & flexible, food was simple and really tasty, beautiful space with lots of potential for decoration. Ron was really helpful and easy to work with, although I feel there were not enough staff, Ron did his very best to help on this evening. I would recommend Bondi Co Liquor for your events.

Absolutely love the new venue in Darlinghurst! Amazing cocktails, a fantastic atmosphere, and the distillery right next door makes it even more special. The Gin Making Class is a must, we booked it for a birthday and had so much fun. Big cheers to the team!

Stumbled across this amazing little place by accident. They say the best things happen when you least expect it. Adrian is the consummate host. The coffee gin is incredible. Do not miss having one of the signature cocktails the Bondi flat white. The nibbles were yummy and nothing was too much trouble. Great atmosphere fantastic place. I definite must come

We had a Gin Making Class and it was such a marvelous experience 🙌🏽 Adrian and his team were absolutely amazing and went above and beyond! Everything was thoughtful, fun, generous & beautifully executed. Exceeded our expectations and we left feeling genuinely happy in every way 💃🏽

Amazing dinner here. The place is great and in a perfect location. We tried a gin tasting and some of their vodka too. All so smooth and delicious. Cocktails were so well done as well. Food was shared between four of us and all could easily be shared. Was absolutely delicious and we settled in and tried most of the menu. Could not recommend more and we will be back!
