My husband and I went there last night for dinner and I can only sing their praises. The food was amazing, the drinks were lovely and the wait staff were absolutely great. We will definitely be back and telling everyone we know to go and experience this place.

I had an amazing experience at El Cartel! The service from Manuel was absolutely spectacular — he was attentive, friendly, and made us feel so welcome from the moment we arrived. The food was incredibly delicious. The empanadas were so tasty and full of flavor, the cachapas were perfect, and the meat was cooked exactly to perfection. Every dish was fresh and beautifully prepared. Without a doubt, this is the best restaurant in Sydney. I highly recommend it and can’t wait to come back!

Fantastic restaurant. We went for taco Tuesday - $38 pp all you can eat was great value! The tacos were filled full, 6 flavours + 1 dessert taco (which was outstanding). I had gluten free tortilla which were very tasty. Staff helpful and super friendly. Happy hour was a nice surprise too. Highly recommend

Discovered this restaurant about two weeks ago and had to come back! This time I tried the Bondiola — absolutely incredible flavors, please never take it off the menu! Finished my dinner with the Merengón, simply perfect. Highly recommended!

We had such a great experience! The beef with cachapa was delicious — tender, juicy, and perfectly balanced with the sweetness of the cachapa. The pork was another highlight: smoky, charred just right, and very flavorful. The steak was cooked perfectly and the chimichurri added a great touch. The margarita was also excellent — refreshing and really well-balanced. On top of that, the service was very good. Thanks to the team for making our date feel special. Highly recommended!
