The Bourbon Bar is a fantastic location for a number of styles and events. Our Bourbon Bar has a private bar and hardwood dance floor and is a large space which can be utilised in multiple ways. This room has a great relaxed feel and has been host to many birthdays, engagements and school reunions. No room hire fees. Minimum spend of $2000 on food & beverages. For 21st Birthday's there is an extra security fee of $250. Add a DJ for $800 10% surcharge applies for public holiday bookings.

Had my 30th birthday party up stairs in the function room with the balcony and the night went perfect! Was able to set up the day before, service was amazing and food was delicious. Could not have asked for a better night!

I had my 30th birthday at the Castle Hill Tavern in one of their function rooms and I honestly couldn’t fault a thing. The staff were incredible — a special thank you to Kimberly, and the function team Kirsty and Lachlan. The care shown by the staff was so beautiful and genuinely made the night feel extra special. Thank you as well for allowing me the flexibility to set up the room beforehand. From the food, to the space, to how easy everything was to organise, everything was seamless. I couldn’t recommend this venue highly enough for any event.

New to the area & so glad we found The Tavern! We had the steak special and it was so delicious, best steak we've had in a long time. Compliments to the Chef! We ate in Sportsbar as the restaurant was full and we were looked after by the very friendly Kimberley who helped us join the Pub App and engaged with our two kids. Brilliant service! A great family night & we will definitely be back!

Kay and Ashley are AMAZING! Worth every cent. We went to the cocktail making night and it was such a vibe. Didnt eat so cant comment on this but If you want a old school local customer service come to the Castle Hill Tavern for this event. You wont be disappointed. Had a ball. Will be back with more friends and family for sure

Amazing Service! We had our Baby Shower in the terrace function room and it was the best decision. All the management team helped out with any questions we had and made our planning go so smooth. On the day the room was set up and everything went to plan without any issues. Our host Kimberly took great care of us. We will definitely be back to hold future events here.
