My Fiancee and I recently held our Engagement Party at Dolton House Sylvania, specifically the Le Jardin and Belfiore Gardens, and had an amazing experience. The Venue was beautiful and created the perfect setting for such a special night. A huge thank you to Paul, Nick, Yianna and the entire team at Dolton House for their exceptional service. They were professional, engaging and attentive throughout the entire event, making sure everything ran smoothly. They went above and beyond to accomodate to all of our guests, which we dearly appreciate. The food and desserts were outstanding, and we received so many compliments from our guests about how incredible the night was. We're so grateful for the effort the team put in to make it unforgettable. We Highly recommend Dolton House Sylvania for future events.

I just wanted to thank you and the team for helping make my 30th lunch celebration so special. The service at Doltone House Sylvania was excellent, the food was outstanding (we honestly couldn’t fault it), and all my guests had a wonderful time. I do have a piece of feedback that I hope can be helpful for future events. Vegan dessert issue – I had specifically requested vegan desserts, but unfortunately they never came out for the 2 vegans. Although, the vegans said this was the best event food they have had comparing it to the grounds and Navarra venues.

Doltone House Sylvania Waters was the perfect wedding reception venue and we couldn’t fault a single thing. From the planning stages through to the night itself, everything was seamless. Lara was our wedding coordinator and was an absolute pleasure to deal with - easy-going, prompt, incredibly reasonable and always happy to help. She made the entire process feel stress‑free and straightforward. On the night, the team - Alex, Paul, and Marley - were outstanding. Everything ran so smoothly and we always felt supported and looked after. A special mention must go to Marley, who went above and beyond with our page boy and flower girl, getting them excited and confident for their entrance - it was such a thoughtful touch and meant so much to us. The food and service were excellent, and our guests were full of compliments. Alex and Paul were fantastic throughout the night, ensuring everything stayed on track while being incredibly accommodating to our traditions and customs – the team truly went above and beyond! We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would highly recommend Doltone House to any couple looking for a professional & well-run venue.
