Gorgeous setting, located inside Pullman Quay Grand and lovely service when we came for the sunset drinks menu between 3-6pm. $15 cocktails and $10 wines, the Mango Paloma was delicious however the unexpected 7% Gratuity explained as a 'service charge' at the end when paying the bill was disappointing. No service charge is listed on the menu or mentioned when we set down or ordered. This turned what was a great experience into an average one, and I think makes a difference as to whether people want to come back or not.

Great bottomless here with stunning views. Food was different and mostly very tasty- sweet potato empanadas were a little bland and fries probably overcooked as not much potato left inside. Loved the corn fritters and lamb sliders though. Drinks service was fantastic. Watch out for the discretionary charge on your bill, added $20 to ours which I’m not used to in Sydney.

Great bar to have a pre show drink and snack. Views are obviously great, food is good - bit pricey for the portions(location dictates prices). Cocktails are clever and a bit different..when we went there they had a horoscope theme so we went with ours. It is quite loud so probablt not suitable for a first date and we had some difficulties catching up. Overall nice bar if you don't want to brace the Opera Bar crowds.

Located in the Pullman Quay Hotel! A lovely bar - perfect for a drinks with friends. Group of 6, 30 cocktails, 2 plates of oysters and fries and 1 guac and chips came to $700ish dollars! Great time had by all.

We had the oysters, king fish ceviche and tuna dish - all were 5/5, very tasty, well balanced and generous servings. Cocktails were sublime. The service, ambience, food and drinks can’t be faulted; highly recommended for anyone looking for a place where the vibes and quality are high.
