We had a wonderful 4-night stay here and were very pleased with our experience. The room was spacious, clean, and the bed was very comfortable. We also appreciated that the air conditioning could be adjusted or completely turned off when not needed—a feature that's uncommon in many hotels. The customer service was exceptional. Every staff member we interacted with was friendly and helpful. The hotel is located in a quieter part of central Sydney, which was an escape from the hustle and bustle of the CBD. Despite the peaceful surroundings, it's still within easy walking distance of trains and buses, making it very convenient to get around the city. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would return the next time we visit Sydney.

My family and I had a terrific stay! The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. They gave me a surprise for my birthday and made me feel special! The breakfast was extraordinary with numerous options for food and drinks. And the location was perfect for sight-seeing around Sydney. We walked daily to the nearby Central Station to get around town or travel a few hours on rail, too. Highly recommended!

I am staying at Four Points by Sheraton for a business trip and the service here is absolutely exceptional. The rooms are comfortable and totally quiet with amazing waterfall-head showers. The fitness center is small but nice and was not too crowded when I used it. The absolute best part of the experience has been the staff - I am Marriott Platinum and my status was recognized which allowed for a room upgrade and other perks. The staff have been overwhelmingly kind to me and my colleague and even greet us by name at breakfast. You couldn’t ask for better service! Speaking of breakfast, the breakfast buffet is exceptional. Location is convenient to subway and to UTS (right across the street) as well as fantastic bars, shopping and restaurants. I will absolutely stay here again in future

Had a really pleasant stay at Four Points by Sheraton Sydney, Central Park, and I especially want to compliment Christina for her exceptional hospitality. After arriving from a red-eye flight feeling completely exhausted, Christina went above and beyond to help arrange an early check-in so I could freshen up and rest earlier than expected. Small gestures like this honestly make a huge difference after a long flight, and her attentiveness, professionalism, and super friendly personality were truly appreciated. She made the entire arrival experience feel warm and welcoming right from the start. The hotel itself is modern, clean, and very comfortable. The room was spacious, cosy, and well-maintained, while the lobby and common areas had a stylish yet welcoming atmosphere. Location is also very convenient with plenty of cafes, restaurants, and shops nearby. Big thank you again to Christina for making the stay such a smooth and pleasant one. Definitely one of the standout service experiences during my trip.

We recently stayed at Four Points Sydney and overall had a pleasant experience, particularly as a family travelling with a young child. One thing that stood out immediately was the friendliness of the staff. From the moment we checked in, they made an effort to welcome our son by giving him a children’s activity pack with colouring materials. It was a simple gesture, but one that kept him entertained and made him feel included. Small touches like that go a long way when travelling with kids. The hotel access process was straightforward. We simply had to use the intercom when returning to or leaving the hotel, which was easy enough to manage throughout our stay. The location is excellent. Having a Starbucks nearby, easy access to Spice Alley, plenty of dining options, and a Yo-Chi just behind the hotel made family outings very convenient. For fitness enthusiasts, having an Anytime Fitness right next door at Central Park Mall was a huge bonus. The hotel gym itself was decent and well-maintained, but the nearby gym provided even more options. Breakfast was good initially, but after staying for eight days, it started to feel repetitive. There were slight variations from day to day, but not enough to keep the experience interesting over a longer stay. The biggest disappointment was the room itself. We booked a suite and had certain expectations based on previous suite stays at other hotels. Typically, a suite would include at least two toilets or a separate powder room. The lack of a second wash area, even just for washing hands, became surprisingly inconvenient for a family. The suite felt less functional than we expected for its category. Housekeeping was generally fine, but there was one strange incident where we returned to find some of our clothes that had been on the bed moved and left on the floor. We never found out what happened, and it was a little unsettling. That said, throughout our stay we found the staff to be trustworthy and honest, which reflected our broader experience in Australia. Overall, Four Points Sydney offers friendly service, a fantastic location, and family-friendly touches that we genuinely appreciated. While the suite layout and repetitive breakfast prevented it from being a perfect stay, we still enjoyed our time there and would consider returning, particularly because of the staff and convenient location.
