We went today, and the place is incredible. We can see the chefs making our food and places to get desserts. We asked for prawn linguine, osso buco ravioli, and the amazing chicken Parma. We really liked the taste, but the ravioli was too small for a full lunch. The ravioli wasn't worth it. We drank the mocktail mango and passion fruit spritz. Very nice as well.

We visited Fratelli Fresh Darling Harbour for a family birthday dinner and overall had a good experience, but there were a few things that stopped it from being a great one. The highlight was the lovely lady at the front who was managing the seating. We’d included a note with our booking asking for a quieter, more private table, and she had clearly taken the time to read it. She was incredibly kind, welcoming and accommodating, and we really appreciated the care she showed our family. Our waiter was also friendly and polite. It was a busy Saturday night, so we completely understand that service can be slower. That said, it did take quite a while before we were greeted and our order was taken, and we noticed a table that arrived after us was served first. Not a huge issue, but it was something we noticed. Despite that, he was friendly and he took time to ask about any food allergies so we were happy to leave a tip at the end of the meal. The atmosphere probably wasn’t for us. The restaurant was very loud, not just because it was busy, but because the music was turned up quite high and the acoustics made everything echo. Combined with the bright lighting, it felt more chaotic than relaxed. I appreciate that’s part of the vibe they’re going for, but it did make it harder to enjoy the evening. Food-wise, the pizzas were the clear winners. We customised one for our son and he loved it. The kids’ cheese pizza was also a hit. The crab spaghetti was nice, but didn’t really stand out. The pumpkin gnocchi, however, was disappointing. It was a generous serving, but the sauce was bland and needed a lot of salt and pepper before it came to life. It reminded me more of a basic pumpkin soup than a rich Italian sauce. I think this dish has real potential if the recipe was revisited with a bit more seasoning and depth of flavour. Overall, there was plenty to like, especially the thoughtful welcome we received and the quality of the pizzas. With a few improvements to the overall vibe, service timing and the pumpkin gnocchi, I think this would be a four or five-star experience. We’d certainly consider coming back, particularly for the pizzas.

Great location. Within walking distance from CBD and greta vibes towards early evening. Good variety of food. The environment is good for large group gathering but wait be a long wait for service and food. Our order was mixed twice in main and dessert.

Had a really enjoyable weekend lunch here with the family at Fratelli Fresh Darling Harbour. The location is very convenient, with plenty happening around the area. It’s a vibrant part of the city and a great spot to explore before or after your meal. From here you can take a pleasant stroll toward Darling Harbour, or head in the other direction toward Haymarket to walk off the calories. The restaurant itself is a beautiful space with really high ceilings and a relaxed Mediterranean vibe. It feels lively without being overwhelming, and it’s a great place to bring the family. There’s a kids’ menu and gelato that little ones will enjoy, and there’s also a huge open space outside the restaurant where kids can run around if they get a bit restless while waiting for food. Food was very solid overall. We especially enjoyed the burrata, chicken parmigiana, and the charred leeks. We also ordered a few pizzas and they were all good. Service was quick and friendly, which always makes the experience more pleasant when dining with family. Overall, a great family-friendly restaurant in a fun part of the city. I’d recommend making reservations, especially on weekends. Would definitely come back again.

Well that was such a shame. No point booking because they make you line up anyway. Then we order straight away because we are going to see a show and we have to ask 3 times to get tap water, we finally got our drinks half way through our meal. We ordered garlic pizza to come as an entree.. hahaha.... gets served 5 mins after mains are served. The mains came out like as if they were pre-prepared. The lamb rigatoni ragu was nice and hot but scarce and the pasta was cold. The beef cheeks was tasty but the beef itself was hard and the sauce was over seasoned. The cappuccino Martini was fantastic once it finally arrived close to finishing the meal. Service was appalling. Lacklustre at best, having to wait for a drink order multiple times was far from acceptable. Sorry guys, but we won't be back
