Set in the soaring brickwork and girders of the former Saatchi & Saatchi garage, scene of many infamous warehouse parties; now houses new creative spirits in the shadow of the Sydney Harbour Bridge and just a stone’s throw from the harbour. Hickson House is the home of our craft spirits distillery, set in the historic Metcalfe Bond Stores, The Rocks. Our multiple spaces offers a unique experience featuring an 8-meter high back bar, imported European furniture, and elegant chandeliers, and a distillery backdrop creating an intimate and bespoke atmosphere for your guests. Outdoor Al Fresco or private bar at Mezzanine level. Whether you're hosting a relaxed Breakfast/lunch/dinner, cocktail event or a more celebratory event, multiple spaces allows us to tailor the service to your needs and ensure a personalized experience throughout.
