The room was clean and spacious, with a very comfortable bed. I was really happy with the room size. There were plenty of amenities provided, and the breakfast included was excellent. The station is within walking distance and it only takes about 20 minutes to reach the city centre, which was very convenient. Customer service was also excellent. Keep up the great work 👍🏾

Stayed here before a flight and it was honestly perfect. The rooms were super clean with extremely comfy beds and pillows, plus blackout curtains that make it easy to sleep during the day. The bathroom was great too — big vanity mirror with good lighting. The free breakfast was spot on, and the coffee was actually really good. Service all around was friendly and helpful. They also have a lunch and dinner menu you can order from for an extra charge, and there’s a bar on the first level which is super convenient. Overall, an awesome spot and very close to the airport. Highly recommend for anyone needing a comfortable, stress-free stay.

Very good basic hotel. Friendly helpful staff. My husband has meds that need to be kept at a low temperature, they froze his gel packs for us in their freezer. Good breakfast. Rooms clean and comfortable beds.

Joshua and his reception colleagues were excellent—friendly, helpful, and efficient. As newcomers to Sydney as tourists, we appreciated their assistance. The rooms were very clean and the location was perfect for our flight. I highly recommend this hotel. Thank you! There are too many Halloween-themed decorations. More simple and tasteful décor would create a more welcoming atmosphere for all guests.

Thank you very much for all your hospitality and also for allowing us ( a big group of 7) to store the luggae for a full day of action we had planned before leaving Sydney. Your service has made everything so much easier! Rooms are beautiful, clean and exactly what one would need for a lay over during busy visit around Australia!
