One of the best things about this hotel is its location. If you’re flying in or out, it’s incredibly convenient as you can walk to and from the airport, making it a great choice for both short and long stays. The room was generally clean when I first checked in, and the hotel itself felt modern and well maintained. However, during my extended stay, I noticed that there was never a full housekeeping service. While the rubbish was emptied and the room was lightly tidied from time to time, it never received a proper clean, which became more noticeable after staying for several weeks. The hotel offers both soft and firm pillows, which is a nice touch in theory. I tried both during my stay, but honestly, they felt pretty much the same to me, so I didn’t notice much difference between the two options. Breakfast is included, which is a nice bonus and makes mornings very convenient. The quality was good, but the selection was fairly limited and didn’t change much from day to day. If you’re only staying a few nights, it probably won’t be an issue, but after a few weeks it did become a little repetitive. One of the biggest surprises was the hotel kitchen. It’s only open from 5pm to 9pm, so you’ll need to plan your dinner around those hours. That said, the food was genuinely fantastic and much better than I expected. Every meal I tried was delicious, and it quickly became one of the highlights of my stay. The only frustrating part was the complimentary amenities. There was a sign at reception saying toothbrushes were available free of charge, but every time I asked for one throughout my stay, I was told they had run out. Since I stayed for several weeks, I was surprised they were never restocked.

This hotel is really close to the airport, only about a 10 minute walk, which is super convenient after a long day. The employees here are always very friendly and welcoming. This is probably my 3rd or 4th time staying here, and every visit has been consistently pleasant. Every time I arrive exhausted from traveling, the staff make the place feel warm and comfortable, almost like home. Their hospitality really makes a difference and keeps me coming back. Keep it up!

Let's break it down: - it's not only a breakfast, it's a brunch, delicious! Btw the best croissant I have ever tasted! - the room is incredibly modern and comfy! Good for those who need a space to work; - a good fitness center, available 24h - laundry services at 4 dollars to wash and 3 dollars to dry (soap included, easy card payment) - a walking distance from the airport (800m) - a walking distance to nearest train station Mascot (700m); If could, I would rate it 6 stars! Loved it!

Super close to the airport, nice spacious room only downside was the bed wasn’t overly comfortable which is the last thing you want after a long flight. Breakfast in the morning was great super basic by hearty. Also had a Gluten Free option which was perfect. Also the coffee in the cafe is great and check in was a smooth experience.

Convenient location walked from the airport. Stayed here last minute from a cancelled flight. Arrived close to midnight lovely friendly informative staff. Block out curtains, very clean room and comfortable bedding. I love the bathroom and shower design. Clean kettle also has hair dryer and torch. The breakfast was convenient and yummy. Would recommend.
