I absolutely loved my stay and continue to be impressed by the consistently exceptional standard of service. The hospitality team delivers warm, attentive customer care, always welcoming guests with genuine smiles and professionalism. The property is impeccably clean, hygienic, and very well maintained throughout. The rooms are beautifully presented, comfortable, and spotless, creating a relaxing and enjoyable stay. Its central location is another standout feature, with ample parking and convenient access to nearby amenities. The dining experience was equally delightful. The buffet breakfast offers a generous variety of options, and the staff go above and beyond to ensure every guest is satisfied. What truly stood out was the chef’s willingness to freshly prepare alternative dishes upon request, showcasing their commitment to personalised service and customer satisfaction. The hotel also offers excellent lunch specials during the week, particularly on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays, which provide wonderful value. Families will appreciate the welcoming and child-friendly atmosphere, making it an enjoyable destination for guests of all ages. One area that could benefit from some additional attention is the central fish pond feature near the reception and breakfast area. As it is one of the first visual highlights guests encounter, a little extra maintenance would further enhance the overall presentation of the property. We stayed for three nights and had a pleasant experience overall. Luke at the front desk gave us a warm welcome and was exceptionally friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The self-service breakfast didn't have many choices, but the taste was acceptable.

I would highly recommend this place for several reasons: First off, the customer service was outstanding and the best I’ve ever received at a hotel. Luke and Leon were extremely helpful and pleasant to speak with. Both deserve a lot of praise for being genuine human beings that want to make your day better. The rooms are very clean, beds are comfy, there is a full bar open late, the food is great, nice little gym, and it’s a quiet location. Pretty much everything you’d want in a hotel at a reasonable price. I have stayed at plenty of hotels and never had such an experience. We will be recommending this place to everyone. Get a room here!
