The InterContinental Sydney was an outstanding experience. The hotel’s location in the CBD is unbeatable, and the views are simply spectacular from the roof bar and level 31 pool. Being so close to the harbour made our stay feel genuinely special and memorable. The hotel itself was immaculate. Every space, from our room to the common areas, was exceptionally clean and well maintained. The attention to detail and housekeeping was excellent. What really set this experience apart, however, was the staff. At breakfast they were exceptionally helpful and everyone was genuinely welcoming. In particular, I would like to commend Kathy who always greeted us with a smile at breakfast which started the day in a happy note.

I had an exceptional stay at InterContinental Sydney, and it was made even more memorable as I celebrated my birthday during my visit. The room was absolutely amazing—spacious, luxurious, and beautifully maintained, with stunning views of Sydney Harbour. Every detail reflected the high standards of the hotel. A special thank you to **Jin Koh** and **Harriette**, who provided outstanding service throughout my stay. Their warmth, professionalism, and genuine hospitality made a lasting impression. The Club InterContinental Lounge experience was exceptional. The afternoon high tea was beautifully presented, and the evening happy hour offered an excellent selection of food and beverages. Breakfast served on the 34th floor was simply spectacular, with delicious offerings and breathtaking panoramic views of Sydney that made each morning special. What truly touched me was the effort the team made to celebrate my birthday. The surprise cake and thoughtful goodies were a wonderful gesture that made me feel genuinely valued and special. It's these personal touches that transform a great hotel stay into an unforgettable experience. Thank you to the entire team, especially Jin and Harriette, for creating such a memorable birthday celebration. I highly recommend InterContinental Sydney and look forward to returning in the future. 5/5 – Luxury, exceptional service, incredible views, and unforgettable hospitality.

I have had a fantastic stay at the InterContinental Sydney. From arrival to departure, the experience was excellent. A special thank you to Irene from Concierge, who was absolutely fantastic. As a first-time visitor to Sydney, I found navigating the city and the Vivid festival a little overwhelming. Irene took the time to explain the best places to visit, which ferries to catch, and how to get around the city. Her local knowledge and genuine willingness to help made a huge difference to my trip. The check-in process was fast and straightforward despite the hotel being very busy. I also appreciated Eve at Reception, who took the time to personally show me to the elevators rather than simply pointing the way. It’s small touches like this that make guests feel welcome and valued. Housekeeping was also top-notch throughout my stay. The room was always well-presented and maintained to a very high standard. The only drawback was the room view. My room faced a nearby office building that remained brightly lit throughout the night, and it was possible to see people inside. It felt a little uncomfortable and meant I had to keep the blinds closed most of the time, which prevented me from fully enjoying the view. That said, this was a minor issue compared to an otherwise wonderful stay. The service from all team members was outstanding, and I would happily stay here again when visiting Sydney.

We stayed one night mid week during Vivid and we had an incredible stay! We were in a suite on the 21st floor with a full Harbour Bridge and part Opera House view. The huge windows were incredible ! We watched the sunset from the Aster Bar on the 31st floor and wow it was spectacular to see the Vivid lights come to life after dark! The room was enormous and immaculately clean - the additional powder room was great too ! The beds were comfortable and the pillow options great. There were fabulous toiletries and amenities. The huge shower and full sized bath were fabulous ! Lara organised a treat to celebrate our birthdays which was so special and so appreciated ! We could not fault anything about our stay and would highly recommend it to others!

Absolutely Awesome... Fabulous, friendly & helpful service. The Club Manager was amazing, she was friendly, welcoming & made us feel special 💕 The whole hotel, gym & our room were spotless. The views from our room, The club & Aster for Breakfast were simply spectacular. The ease & the proximately to all the Sydney CBD has to offer was second to none 👍🏻 Only thing we could wish for was for the Intercontinental Sydney to have its own Beauty/Massage Spa in house... 🤞🏻 We loved it so much we are already looking at planning our next trip ! 🙏🏻
