Sleek and sophisticated the Sarah Grand Ballroom is created when the two rooms – Sarah Grand and Alexandra Lounge – are combined. This palatial space can accommodate up to 1010 guests. Enjoy the abundant natural light whilst sipping on champagne in the brand new Glass House, before heading inside, where guests will experience the grandeur of the opulent crystal chandeliers, charcoal wall panelling and stunning views over Iron Cove Bay. Overlooking the scenic Iron Cove Bay and our iconic avenue of fairy lights, Deanah’s View sets a glamorous tone for all occasions. Ascend the luxuriously carpeted staircase from the separate private foyer to the first floor balcony and beyond to the banquet room. Deanah’s View offers a wonderful opportunity to enjoy a golden sunset over the water and then watch the stars appear. Like all our event rooms it features its own bar, amenities and private suite.

The largest of the singular ballrooms, Sarah Grand offers abundant luxury and space. This room features high ceilings, luxurious crystal chandeliers, a laser cut feature privacy screen, charcoal wall panelling and a generous 105m2 polished dance floor. Situated on the first level, the Sarah Grand offers expansive 180° water views and access to the spacious brand new Glass House, a perfect accompaniment to your event space. This room is perfect for both bright sunny daytime affairs or evening candlelit dinners.

With its own private entrance and outdoor terrace, The Marquee delivers an exceptional guest experience. The Hampton inspired event room with floor to ceiling feature windows capturing natural light and views onto the bay. Luxurious details including ash timber floors, geometric wall panels, white leather upholstered detail and modern two-tier circular glass chandeliers provides the perfect setting for an intimate breezy luncheon or an elegant evening affair. The secluded terrace is ideal for evening cocktails or a romantic escape.

Intimate and exclusive, The Gallery is located on the ground level and offers its own foyer for pre-event drinks, ambient setting, elegant lights, large mirrors, inbuilt-dance floor and decorative features.

The boutique space of the Alexandra Lounge will suit a more intimate gathering whilst still providing the elegance and grand styling of the larger ballrooms. Situated on the first floor, between the Sarah Grand and Deanah’s View, guests can enter from an ornate sweeping staircase from the marble foyer or via the glass elevator. The trademark rich tones and textures of the interior provides the perfect backdrop for your event.

The BRAND NEW Glass House features picturesque views of the surrounding bay and native gardens. Located on the first floor, the Glass House is a picturesque setting overlooking the beautiful Iron Cove Bay. It is the perfect backdrop for events such as Christenings, Birthday celebrations, corporate luncheons, wedding ceremonies, corporate break out areas or any daytime events you have in mind. This exclusive space is ready to host your next corporate, social or wedding event. The Glass House is only available during the daytime.
