Perched on the upper level of Manly Wharf, The Freshwater Room commands sweeping views of Sydney Harbour, offering a refined yet relaxed setting for occasions and events of every scale. Inspired by the elegance of the French Riviera and its coastal surrounds, the design blends timeless luxury with an airy harbourside sensibility.

Venetian plaster walls and American oak panelling with Loro Piana fabric inlay bring warmth and tactility, while a custom oak bar with an aquamarine stone top creates a striking focal point. Above, a high-gloss stucco ceiling shimmers beneath two large Murano glass chandeliers, adding sculptural drama. A custom carpet patterned after traditional Moiré design anchors the room. 

Powder rooms continue the refinement with cream marble vanities, plastered shell wall lights, and custom stone flooring. A soft palette of neutrals lifted with shades of blue and green reflects the harbour outlook. Light-filled and versatile, The Freshwater Room provides an elegant backdrop for your next event.

Set within Manly Wharf’s upper level, The Shelly Room looks out over the eastern side of Manly Cove, with water views unfolding on two sides - an intimate counterpart to the The Freshwater Room, designed for smaller gatherings that still call for something special. Wrapped in light from two aspects, the space pairs its outlook with the same warmth and detail found throughout Manly Wharf.

The same hand is evident throughout - Venetian plaster, American oak panelling, lightly aged bronze mirror inlay but here the palette shifts to blush and rose, two Murano glass chandeliers and a custom oak bar topped in blush stone. A Moiré-patterned carpet, custom-made to match its counterpart, grounds the room in the same design language.

Its powder room mirrors The Shelly Room, cream marble and plastered shell wall lights, with stone Ž ooring underfoot - a quieter, rose-toned take on the same finish.
