We were really happy with our stay at Mercure Blacktown. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was very clean, comfortable, and spacious. Our room was very quiet, and we had a really good night's sleep. The location and accessibility of the hotel were very convenient. The hotel's commitment to sustainability was an unexpected bonus. There were plenty of parking spaces available. It was a bonus to have Sporties so accessible to dine at. Thank you to all the wonderful staff for an amazing stay.

I do not recommend this hotel. During our stay, a staff member walked directly into our room early in the morning while my children and I were asleep, waking us up as she yelled "housekeeping." This was a massive breach of our privacy and safety. Additionally, the muffins and pastries we ordered were stale and inedible. When I asked for fresh replacements, the staff provided more of the same old, rock-hard items, so I am certain the items they are selling are not fresh. It is unacceptable to be charged for such poor-quality food. We ended our stay early due to these issues. Families, please be aware and look elsewhere.

I recently stayed at the Mercure Sydney Blacktown, and I would like to provide some feedback regarding my experience. Firstly, I would like to acknowledge the positive aspects of my stay. The front desk staff were polite and professional, and the check-in process was smooth. The room itself was comfortable, and I appreciated the convenient location of the hotel, which made my work commitments easier to manage. However, there were a couple of concerns I would like to bring to your attention. During my stay, I found cockroaches in my bedroom on two consecutive days. While I understand that pest issues can occasionally arise, this was concerning from a hygiene perspective and impacted my comfort during the stay. Additionally, when returning to my room, I found the corridor blocked by a dirty linen trolley positioned directly in front of the lift area. I physically had to move the trolley in order to pass through with my luggage. This not only caused inconvenience but also posed a potential safety hazard, particularly in the event of an emergency where clear access to lifts and corridors is critical. I have taken few photo that i can share with you or maybe on google review. I believe these matters may simply require better housekeeping coordination and pest control follow-up, and I wanted to raise them constructively so they can be addressed for future guests. Overall, I appreciate the efforts of your team and hope this feedback assists in maintaining the high standards expected of your hotel.

Its actually a good hotel. Its pretty close to all the main roads so you do get a little rod noise at early times of the morning. Breakfast is the normal continental style. Nothing fancy. The rooms are clean and serviced well. One thing I was annoyed about was no hand tools! I know its a small thing but its important. The hotel is located and connected to the blacktown workers club. My advise is don't do the all you can eat buffet! You have been warned ⚠️ 😬 Its not a bad spot to stay! Ahhh i almost forgot, there is a Macca's located in the adjacent car park if you need a quick snack or shake.
