Great hotel particularly if you sre attending the Macquarie University hospital or clinic. The room was clean and functional, parif yiu are there a few nights or more. There is a small kitchenette, with sink, kettke and microwave. It included plates, cups and cutlery. There is also a guests self serve laundrey. The breakfast buffet was decent with many choices. You can even have your breakfast outside and share you table with the local cockatoos as the fly in. All the staff were cheerful and readily helpful. I will definitely be stopping there again.

This hotel is fantastic. For somewhere with such ideal location for the park, the university and the hospital - we didn't come expecting that the property would on top of that also have such wonderful service and a great offering (especially for members of the loyalty scheme). The food: both dinner and breakfast were wonderful and served with lovely conversation. Greg and Tom were gems during our stay. We had such a lovely time we've booked again for just two days later ahahaha thanks guys cya soon

Super clean! Beds are comfortable, room was spacious and absolutely immaculate. 4 minute walk to the shopping centre and transport to city is abundant. Metro, buses uber taxis. This is the perfect place to stay! Staff are very polite and helpful.

Every staff member was extremely friendly and helpful. They accommodated an early check in for us and were very helpful. The room had some quirks though. You could only have all lights on or none, which made night time toilet stops tricky for all guests in the room.

Had a wonderful stay at Mercure Macquarie Park. The customer service was excellent, with friendly and helpful staff throughout my stay. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, with all the amenities I needed. Parking was also available, which made everything very convenient. Overall, a great experience and I would happily stay here again. Highly recommended!
