Absolutely heartbroken by Miramare Gardens. As a young couple, we paid a deposit over $10,000 to secure our dream wedding venue. Life changed, and we cancelled 15 months in advance which gives them plenty of time to rebook without any loss. They only spent one hour with us (a standard free consultation) and incurred zero costs: no food, staffing, or services provided. Yet they refused to refund even a cent, showing no compassion for our shattered plans. I understand keeping a deposit for short-notice cancellations or if they couldn’t rebook. But 15 months? That’s more than enough time, and their rigid stance feels cruel and exploitative toward young couples. Many other Sydney venues would have refunded at least partially - despite their own contract terms - given such long notice and no financial harm. Cannot recommend this venue. Choose somewhere that values empathy and fairness over profit when no harm is done. Save yourself the devastation and look elsewhere in Sydney.

The venue is stunning — from the beautifully maintained gardens to the elegant interior. Everything was perfectly organised, and the atmosphere felt so luxurious and welcoming. A special thank-you to the manager ASH, who went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly. Their professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail made our day stress-free and memorable. You can tell they truly care about guests and take great pride in their work. Highly recommended for anyone planning an event or just looking for a place that delivers outstanding service and unforgettable memories.

We had a lovely short stay at Miramare Gardens. The rooms were spacious and clean and the location was in a nice and quiet part of Sydney. The cafe also had some really fantastic breakfast and coffee!! Highly recommend this place 😊

Not only is the venue breathtakingly beautiful, but the food is also exceptional—and the team truly goes above and beyond to help create the perfect day. We had the pleasure of working with Paul, who was courteous, organised, and thorough in presenting all our options. He helped transform the vision we had in our minds into a truly beautiful event. The Pavilion was an enchanting garden setting that felt like something out of a dream. It was the perfect place to celebrate our marriage with family and friends, and it made for a picturesque backdrop for our photos. The food on the day was deliciously crafted and beautifully presented. Our guests couldn't stop raving about how amazing it was! A special note—the beef and chicken options are halal, which is a huge plus for Muslim families looking for a spectacular wedding venue without compromise. On the day itself, Lauren was there to manage everything—and she did so effortlessly. She helped us stay calm and organised, smoothed out any small bumps along the way, and made sure that we (the bride and groom!) had a chance to eat and enjoy the moment. We can't thank her enough for her care and support throughout the day.
