The reception staff was very helpful and friendly, we were granted an early check-in which was fantastic, the rooms were nice and the gym excellent. Unfortunately we had a poor experience at the buffet breakfast. We arrived at 9:45am and several food stations were empty or looked very un-appealing. Considering the price for the breakfast buffet the choices were not very rich. The staff were friendly and responsive, but at a busy time it was difficult to refill things and serve customers between only the two of them.

Fantastic hotel experience from start to finish. As a Platinum member of Accor, I received exceptional service throughout my stay. I visited for the Lady Gaga concert back in December 2025, and the hotel made the trip even more memorable. The bed was very comfortable to sleep in, and the room was clean and well-maintained. They kindly provided a complimentary bottle of wine with a cheese platter, which was a lovely touch. The free breakfast the following morning was excellent, with a great variety of options. The staff were fantastic—polite, professional, and very attentive at all times. Highly recommended and would definitely stay again.

Perfect location for our stay as we attended Ateez concert at Qudos Bank Arena. After a long flight we were able to check in so easily. Rooms were beautifully presented, so clean and cool. Hotel was a peaceful environment, hotel staff were amazing and friendly. The breakfast selection was perfect for our busy days. Highly recommend staying at The Pullman.

The bad: started my stay by being overcharged. The TV was small and was suffering from the “dirty water” effect. The AC was cold but anaemic. Bed was firm and the sheets were poorly fitted. Water pressure in the shower was passable but weaker than a lot of other hotels. Mini bar was full and there was no fridge or freezer to store drinks. No ceiling fan or pedestal fan for additional airflow as the windows were sealed. No rubbish bin to throw out food wrappers only a small recycling bin that could fit a couple of bottles. Window that connects the bedroom to the bathroom, so if your partner turns on the bathroom light you cop it in the face when on the bed. Overall a basic and dated stay, not what I would expect from a 5 star hotel. The good: staff were pleasant. There’s a pillow menu on offer. Well located for a walk to events and services. Full size king bed.
