Spent 3 very pleasant nights here. Room was quiet, clean, comfortable and the AC worked well (and quietly! We like it cool to sleep). Included breakfast was very good, with a good selection of dishes (NOT a buffet). And front desk service was very friendly and helpful. And to top it off, the location was ideal! Very close to lots of shopping (including the QVB), a couple museums, and a 10 min tram ride to the harbor area (the Rocks, Opera House, and royal botanical garden).

Fantastic boutique hotel centrally located, just by the State Theater. My room was spacious and glamourous. The bathroom had a rain shower and a big bathtub. Claire, Kat, and other staff members were really helpful and gave me great recommendations for restaurants and sight-seeing. You get access to the Virgin Gym (a block away), which is probably the best in town. Serious steakhouse upstairs and a fun cafe downstairs.

If you like quirky, interesting, out of the ordinary, friendly welcoming service then the QT Sydney is the place for you. Its in position set right in the heart of Sydney and perfect for a weekend of shopping, site seeing or just relaxing. No its no the cheapest hotel but you absolutely do get what you pay for. I booked a weekend away for my partners 70th and not only did the hotel upgrade us free of charge.to the most beautiful junior suite they also left in the room for our arrival a really fantastic bottle of red wine, macarons and a hand written birthday card. We were both really blown away by this gesture. The junior suite was really quite special a beautiful big bed in the middle of the room, comfortable seating and a huge bathroom with a circular bath. We really both felt spoilt. The bed was so comfortable with great bedding we could have spent a lot of time just in the room. The room comes with a Nespresso machine which is always useful for that first caffeine fix in the morning. You also get a great Marshall blue tooth speaker to enjoy sounds while lounging in the wonderful bed. Everyone one we encountered from the team managing the place could not have been nice or more professional they will go out of there way to make this a special stay. We ate 3 times in the Parlour restaurant and again the food and service could not be faulted. I can recommend the Negroni's and the cheese soufflé. This 70th birthday was made to be extremely special by the QT hotel and we both cannot then them enough.

Great location and friendly staff, bar is great in the hotel. Room that I had is a little dark with no natural light but otherwise clean and tidy. Breakfast on ground level, coffee is really good but a bit dark also - I ended up going across the road to the Swissotel instead, but more of a preference thing. Would stay here again regardless of the above.

Recently stayed at the QT. The hotel is very nicely decorated with lots of flavour. It has a “moody” dimly lit theatre themed wing and a brighter, more modern wing. I really enjoyed my stay there. A special thank you to Claire and Andrew for making sure my stay was most enjoyable.
