We stayed at Quest Bella Vista with a large group (all booked separately) while attending a netball carnival in Baulkham Hills, and we had a fantastic experience. Coming from a regional town, we really appreciated the quiet, easy-to-find location. When we arrived, we were impressed by the size of the rooms and the great facilities. One of the highlights was having a restaurant on-site. The staff at Coco Noir were incredibly friendly and accommodating, especially considering our large group and last-minute booking. The meals were excellent, and the cocktails were some of the best we’ve had! The only photo I managed to take was after my margarita was already gone 😂 Thanks again to the whole team for a wonderful stay!

Have always had a fantastic experience at Quest Bella Vista during visits as a corporate client. The rooms are spacious, very clean and offer washer and dryer facilities, something really important to me during long stays. The staff and booking process are second to none, with Sunny being very receptive via email and phone connections. I recently booked a room with incorrect dates (my error) and Sunny rang, confirmed the correct dates and ensured that I had exceptional accommodation during my stay. Check in is seamless, rooms are well appointed and quiet with gym and meal options. Cannot recommend Quest Bella Vista enough

Quest Bella Vista was perfect The service was great, all the people I spoke to were amazing, nice helpful and efficient. The room was super clean and had a great little kitchen with everything you need, the parking was good and easy and always had space and the restaurant next door is very good (I particularly loved the coco salad that was so delicious) they also make great coffee once again with only nice people…. Also liked using the gym! For a hotel gym it had a lot of choice of equipment and I could do my full workout.

Rooms are quite new. 1 bed apartment was nice and spacious. Internet is fast. I did have a 5 start review here, but on my 2nd stay the TV was over 15 years old. No casting ability or even HDMI. I stay in hotels frequently and it is standard to have this feature. I don't think there are many people these days that watch only free to air TV. The TV is older than the building...

Very sad to say our room was not as clean as the price would indicate. I used antiseptic wipes, I have pictures. The shower floor was stained and has not been scrubbed in years. The table and bench tops were dirty, the stovetop was dirtier. The tv hardly worked. The staff and cleaners were lovely. The beds were nice. The screens and window frames were dirty. For the kind of money they charge I except better cleanliness. The washing machine and dryer were rusty, had stuff come out after washing and the dryer was filthy.
