We had seen the advertisements for the breakfast buffet at this restaurant and were really looking forward to coming. We had good experience with Rashey restaurant before and were excited to try this branch, but unfortunately, we were extremely disappointed with our experience. First of all, it was advertised as a buffet breakfast, but it honestly did not feel like a buffet at all. The eggs, sausages and ham were very poor in taste and quality. There was also a very limited amount of pancakes. The restaurant opens at 9:00 am, and we arrived at around 9:10 am, yet almost all of the food trays were already empty. We waited for refills several times, but even when food was refilled, the quantities were extremely small — it seemed like each refill was enough for only 7–8 people. For example, when pancakes were brought out, if the people already waiting at the buffet took them, there was basically nothing left for anyone else. The variety was also very disappointing. Milk, cereal and tea bags are standard items that you would expect at almost any breakfast buffet, so there was really nothing special about the selection. The overall quality was very average, the portions available at the buffet were far too small, and the variety was extremely limited. Another disappointing point was the coffee. It was not included in the buffet price, so you had to pay extra for it. On top of that, it took an extremely long time to arrive — we waited around 30 minutes for our coffee. Overall, we were not satisfied with the experience at all. The advertising felt quite misleading, especially considering what we expected from a breakfast buffet. I usually leave positive reviews for places I visit when I have a good experience, so I don’t normally write negative reviews. However, this time I felt it was important to share our experience so that other customers know what to expect. Unfortunately, we won’t be coming back and I would not recommend the breakfast buffet.

Came here last night with my family and let’s just say it wasn’t a great experience. For starters the table was dirty and the underneath had forks and food, then me and my friends entree had a cockroach in it i went up and told them but they came back telling me it was just corn ( woke up today feeling sick) And my younger sister ordered the Rashays chicken and it came served PINK we sent it back they remade it and it was still pink so that was a waste of money. Our other meals were perfectly fine but i’m still grossed out.

Arrived here for Father’s Day dinner. Was very disappointed, with customer service and the filthiness of the restuarant. We were serviced by a young girl at the table 16. When we arrived at our table, it was wet and food on the couch/chair. As soon as we cleaned it up ourselves, we were then rushed into starters/drinks. The young girl did not make us feel welcomed but instead rushed, she gave attitude to my dad several times. On top of this we were served starters it was garlic bread with corn ribs, both were lurk warm and bread was so soft. We had bugs/flys the WHOLE NIGHT fly over our heads and food. Could barely get anyone to help. Then we received our mains, my sister ordered barramundi fish and it was sent back not cooked well. My dad ordered salmon with two sides of Vegetables and Garden salad, first the order was wrong got chip instead of what was asked for, sent it back waited 10 minutes and he got given the wrong order again. Then the young girl left the chips and garden salad and got his vegetables, she was frustrated as well with Kitchen staff. Overall, we won’t be dining back here ever, once I spoke with the Manager he honestly didn’t even seem shocked about his staff members odd behavior.

Mums a big fan of Rashays, and I'm easy. But the food from this Rashays was a delightful treat. The food was awesome, and came out so fast!!! But the best part was our waitress Pheobe. Her great personality and energy was a delight to experience and made our day so much better. I would come back here every time I'm in Penrith after the quality of service that come from the staff here.

Rashays Buffet Breakfast Review It’s been a very long time since I’ve been to a Rashays restaurant, so when I came across their breakfast buffet online, it looked and sounded amazing. We decided to try the Penrith location on a rainy Sunday morning, looking forward to a nice hot breakfast. Unfortunately, the experience fell well below expectations. There were no continental options such as cereal or fruit, no “build your own” Eggs Benedict station, and no pastries. There was a variety of hot food, but unfortunately, it wasn't hot. The food was sitting out on a long table with no lids or water-heated trays underneath to keep it warm. The bread was also pre-toasted, with only one variety available, and had been sitting out, so it was cold and quite hard.The condiments were also in shared containers/bowls rather than individually packaged, which I found a little disappointing from a hygiene perspective. The restaurant itself also needed some attention, with food left on the floor, which wasn’t particularly pleasant. It was disappointing, especially as we were really looking forward to a relaxing Sunday breakfast. 😔 On the plus side, the coffee was really nice and the staff were lovely and friendly. ☕️😊 Hopefully, the buffet experience improves, as there is definitely potential for it to be much better.
