Came here last night with my family and let’s just say it wasn’t a great experience. For starters the table was dirty and the underneath had forks and food, then me and my friends entree had a cockroach in it i went up and told them but they came back telling me it was just corn ( woke up today feeling sick) And my younger sister ordered the Rashays chicken and it came served PINK we sent it back they remade it and it was still pink so that was a waste of money. Our other meals were perfectly fine but i’m still grossed out.

Mums a big fan of Rashays, and I'm easy. But the food from this Rashays was a delightful treat. The food was awesome, and came out so fast!!! But the best part was our waitress Pheobe. Her great personality and energy was a delight to experience and made our day so much better. I would come back here every time I'm in Penrith after the quality of service that come from the staff here.

We dined in the back area of the restaurant, which unfortunately sits right next to the toilets and there was a lingering smell in the air that made it hard to enjoy our meal. The space felt neglected brick walls were covered in pencil crayon scribbles, parts of the wall were falling apart, and the tables looked stained and poorly maintained. The food was average, nothing special which was a letdown given the atmosphere. That said, the customer service was lovely. The ladies serving us were warm and welcoming, and they did a great job. With a proper revamp and some care put into the space, this place could be much better.

I came in today on the 29th of June with my wife, i was greeted by the lovely Madalyn, she was the most kind server i have had in a while, She helped us order our food and gave amazing suggestions, we ordered the Chicken schnitzel and the creamy chicken pasta she was raving over. The food was amazing and cooked to perfection. Rashays Penrith is the real deal and i will definitely be returning.

We’re regular customers of RASHAYS and we went in with family from overseas today ( 20th April @ 7.20 pm) We were appalled by the attitude of the waitress( I cannot recall her name) that served us. She had no smile on her face and when we ordered dessert and asked for extra spoons, she just rolled her eyes at us. It was clear that she absolutely hates her job and did not enjoy serving us. Apart from that the food was absolutely delicious and we really enjoyed it! Please look into improving your customer service as this would make the experience pleasant for the whole family.
