Really chill atmosphere over two nights, smoked a couple of cigars in the outdoor area and kicked back. Bar staff kept me well hydrated and had a good chat to a couple of the patrons. Great view of the fireworks also. Didn’t eat so can’t comment on the food.

This bar's shisha was terrible. I came with high expectations, only to be told they didn't even have a basic disposable mouthpiece. The staff told us to wrap it in tissue paper to smoke – isn't that ridiculous? Plus, the amount of tobacco paste was extremely small, and the flavor was very weak. Very disappointing. Two sodas and one shisha cost 90 AUD – disappointed.

This is a great new venue at a convenient location, Darling Harbour. You walk in and there's heaps of space, the tables are comfortable with lounges. Rouge doesn't so food so you'll have to order some in. They have great selection of alcohol and there's an outdoor area where you can have cigars or smoke. When I went here, they had cabaret shows with a Japanese wagyu set menu. It's quite entertaining. It's great to hire for events, birthdays and anything special.

Host Uncle Ray has produced a geat venue with varied and interesting clietele topped off with some excellent music and food with secluded outdoor spaces for those who like the taste of a cigar without interrupting those who do not participate. I will be back again with friends :)

There is someone working at the place who shows little concern for manners and hygiene. I assume he may be the owner based on how carelessly he behaves, but I could be mistaken. I would like to see the place succeed and hope you can make improvements. Ask coworkers to observe you and correct any issues they see and are not acceptable in western countries.
