I had a very cozy stay at this hotel. The front staff is professional, friendly and patient. Check-in and check-outward handled smoothly though the self-service kiosks and online via email and SMS, which was really convenient. The room was always cleaned to a very high standard. I could even notice a light scent of disinfectant, which made me fell reassured. The soundproofing was great for me, and the bed was comfortable., I did sleep well in these days. The location is extremely wonderful. It’s within walking distance to the Royal Botanic Gardens, and there are Cole’s and many great restaurants nearby. The only small downside was that we tired to request an extra quilt or blanket around 10 p.m., but we were unable to to reach the front dest by telephone. Overall, it was still a really pleasant stay and experience here.

What a wonderful stay. We had 3 nights in a very comfortable quiet room and it is so centerlly located. Easy to get everywhere you need too. Also, wanted to shout out Johnathan at the front desk. He was awesome at checkin and also recommended a few places to eat and they were perfection. Great stay and great staff all around!!!

Good hotel which is perfectly situated pretty much in the city center close to all major places. Service was extremely nice and always trying to help. We were unfortunate that our travel agent booked "accessible" rooms for us by mistake which were not what we expected or needed. We didn't like them. Not the hotel's mistake though. Breakfast was disappointing - I'd recommend to avoid it if possible. All in all a solid hotel experience with pros and cons. 4/5 stars.

The breakfast at Rydges Australia Square is excellent. There is something for everyone. In addition to hot dishes such as scrambled eggs, potato wedges, etc., there is muesli, several types of nuts and seeds, yogurt, fruit, including oat milk and soy milk. There is toast bread, several types of sweet pastries, and four types of tea. In Germany, this would be considered the standard of a four-star hotel. I cannot confirm the previous reviews.

I have recently been all round the country following England cricket, i read reviews that frankly shock me, The Rydges Australia Square hotel like all i have stayed in during this trip is excellent. The staff are all so helpful- baring in mind its peak season and they are rushed off their feet. Breakfast was so good!
