Very good for the money. The location was easy to get to but was quite noisy outside. Unavoidable in the city I'm sure. There was also noise from adjoining rooms (showers, toilets flushing etc.) which was persistent most of the night The room quite small. I'd recommend not sharing with another person unless they are a significant other or someone you don't mind being on top of the whole time. It was clean though, and the bed was comfortable. The staff were helpful and the checking kiosks made everything very simple

It was just okay. For what I paid, I was expecting more. The room was very small and there was only one tiny window with zero view - only the other side of the building. I actually didn't speak to a single person my whole stay - self check-in and departure. My mini bar wasn't stocked and I had no clue what the prices were anyway. Tried to order room service, but got the not available message no matter what time I tried. Shower was hot, bed was comfortable and the location was very good for The Rocks, QVB and Darling Harbour. I walked everywhere and everything I needed was close.

This one is tough because hard product changes will more than likely not change. I’m finding it hard to believe that we had a queen bed in our room. Seemed more like a double. The combo shower toilet door, great economical design but the door doesn’t close all the way on the toilet side and a lot of water from the shower gets out through the vanity and toilet areas. No exhaust fan in the bathroom. Window in the room, poor insulation quality. I know it’s not the hotels fault/responsibility but the noise from below was almost unbearable. Maybe supply the guests with ear plugs and make them aware of them. The breakfast was very basic, the pastries were hard and dry, and no coffee machine just basic coffee. This the hotel could change by installing a counter top coffee machine that most hotels have these days. Good location. You can walk to everything you need including several historic areas and several wharfs. Being a CBD hotel the room was a decent size and had everything we needed.

They kindly allowed us to check in as early as 7:00 AM since our room was already available. This made a huge difference to our stay, as we were able to get some much-needed rest after an 11-hour bus journey from Melbourne to Sydney. The location is excellent—just a 10-minute walk to Circular Quay, including The Rocks and the Opera House. It's perfect for an early morning stroll at sunrise, when the area is peaceful and there are only a few people around the Opera House. The hotel is also close to Martin Place Station, providing convenient access to both metro services and trains. Many of Sydney CBD's major attractions, such as St Mary's Cathedral and the Queen Victoria Building, are within a 10–15 minute walk. The breakfast selection is simple, but the atmosphere is wonderful. The staff are exceptionally friendly and welcoming at all hours of the day and night. The rooms are small but comfortable, and the bathrooms and shower facilities are clean. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend it.

Pro: The location is perfect. For me it was better than in the rocks. You can reach everywhere withn 5 minutes . The staff is nice, service ok. Had some issues with the rooms but these were remediate really fast by the staff. You can leave your luggage there before/after checkin at no charge. The iptv was ok, tv, streaming, casting. Cons: Checkin is late...13-14..i had to pay extra to checkin a bit earlier. First room was very noisy, some loud click sound 4 tines a minute, non stop, outside room room. Second room I got was full of dust, like in an old house with ghosts. Really really a lot of dust everywhere, like unclea for 2 years. 3rd room was perfect, where I stayed for 1 week. The food in the breakfast was really good, but it was the same each morning. In the last 3 days I could barely touch it ... change it a bit please!
