Hotel location is very central for business and leisure purposes. Breakfast is good good with variety of food and drinks to choose from. However, the room is dated comparing to other hotels in the city. Bathroom door latch is missing, basin drain cap is also missing. No body lotion provided. Fridge in room is not very cold and temperature knob missing 😐. Housekeeping staff should check the make up my room sign in the afternoon as well. For executive room, these issues should be checked and fixed.

I hosted a seminar in the Brickfield Room at Rydges Hotel World Square on Saturday, 8 November 2025, and the service we received was exceptional. A special thank you to Herman, who went above and beyond to ensure everything ran smoothly. He pre-arranged and tested all the equipment—including the speakers, projector, and other facilities—before my arrival. When I walked in, everything was set up perfectly and working flawlessly. He even provided a remote controller with a red-spot laser function, which made delivering my 3-hour presentation so much easier and more professional. Throughout the entire 4+ hours, Herman checked in regularly to see if we needed any assistance and managed the timing of our dinner service perfectly, bringing out the dishes right as all guests were seated. I would also like to sincerely thank Natasha and Zel for their proactive planning and excellent coordination. They gathered our requirements early and arranged everything beautifully, making the entire experience smooth and stress-free. I highly recommend Rydges Hotel World Square for business conferences, seminars, and corporate events. The team’s professionalism, attention to detail, and warm hospitality truly made our event a success.

There was 3 of us staying and sharing one bedroom The front desk told us the sofa bed was made up for our daughter but it wasn’t. The bathroom was filthy and needed a clean.My wife cleaned the bathroom and found only 1 towel so we had to go downstairs to get 2 more. The staff really didn’t care but did hand us our towels.The breakfast food was mostly cold and unattended with people using there hands to grab food. I am a member and after receiving abuse when checking out I will never stay there again.

Location, hard to beat, rooms easy to beat. I'm not sure what this hotel does to somehow get four stars but the pillows kinda suck. The beds are average, the bathrooms are kinda dirty and old. For 238 bucks a night I guess it was a decent deal for the location, but for 238 bucks I expected to not have mold stains on the bathroom tile.

Great location, couple of minutes easy walk from Museum Station. Slightly further walk to the light rail, but still an easy walk in less than 5 minutes. Got a free upgrade to a superior room on a higher floor. Not sure if the room itself was better, but still no view, looked straight into another building. Fairly good selection of food for the breakfast. Very friendly staff, will to help where they can. Will definitely stay there again.
