Our recent conference at the Silkari Conference Centre was exceptional from start to finish. The pre-conference support was outstanding. Shannon went above and beyond to ensure every detail was taken care of well before our arrival. Her responsiveness, professionalism, and willingness to accommodate our requirements made the entire planning process effortless. During the event, it genuinely felt like the Silkari team became an extension of our own business. The conference rooms were perfectly prepared each day, and every commitment made during the planning stage was delivered exactly as promised. Communication throughout the conference was excellent, making it easy to manage last-minute adjustments smoothly and without stress. A special mention must go to the catering, which was some of the best conference food we've experienced. The meals were fresh, generous, and consistently high quality throughout the event. We also hosted our conference dinner on-site, which was a fantastic experience. The venue offered spectacular views, and the food was excellent, creating a memorable evening for our attendees. Overall, Silkari delivered a seamless, professional, and highly enjoyable conference experience. We felt genuinely well looked after by the entire team and would not hesitate to return for future events. Highly recommended for anyone planning a conference, meeting, or corporate event.

We held a 2 day company meeting at Silkari Mirage recently and cannot fault the experience! The location is hard to beat and we were lucky enough to have fine weather to enjoy the view from our conference room. The newly renovated rooms were clean and comfortable & our team was grateful for the attention to detail provided by the Events team. Shannon & Caroline were always a step ahead of us and their customer service was exceptional. Our meals were delicious and fresh - 5 stars all round.

Great location, very clean, spacious renovated room, staff are attentive & very friendly. Staff parking & complimentary free breakfast (with very nice view) are great to have perks. Just one feedback: Would be great if the pool or at least the jacuzzi part is heated. So it is usable for non summer month

We recently held our annual sales meeting at the Silkari Mirage at Newport. The Silkari team looked after us exceptionally well from start to finish. Overall it was a really smooth experience, and the mix of updated rooms, great service, and those Pittwater views, made it the perfect choice of venues. It's great to have such a lovely option on the Northern Beaches!

I was very pleased with my recent stay at Newport Mirage. The rooms are well appointed, clean and have benefitted from a recent refurbishment. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Some additional cereal options might be worth considering with breakfast and staff working in the restaurant would benefit from barista training.
