This was my first time staying at the Wentworth and I was pleasantly surprised. This historic hotel is so stylish and beautifully decorated. The rooms were clean and well maintained and thoughtfully equipped with everything you need. The big stand out is the staff, so many attentive and polite staff ready to make your stay the best. From the door, to reception, to the Club Millésime, to housekeeping and a turn down service, all staff were friendly and committed to anticipating your every need. I can’t wait for an excuse to return.

We checked in on Saturday 7th Feb. Our daughter (Christina) gifted us a night at your beautiful hotel and tickets to the westpac open air cinema. The parking was so convenient directly underneath with access to the hotel. On arrival we received an upgrade to a beautiful suite, which was amazing everything looked so fresh and clean and well appointed, the chocolates were delicious. The whole check in process was quick and smooth and the staff were very helpful. We went up to our rooms to get changed and headed straight to the Wentworth bar what a wonderful space that is for relaxing drinks before we headed out for the night.The cocktails were delicious. On our return we had turn down service in our room which was a lovely surprise. Breakfast in the morning at the buffet was really special, the food was wonderful and the variety was great. All said we had a great stay and will definitely come again, the hotel was very conveniently located and within walking distance to all the places we were going. We stayed in many accor hotels in the past and this was by far one the best customer service experiences we have ever had. We have been complimentary accomodated with pretty much every optional benefits we could have. Early checkin - yes. Late checkout - yes. Room upgrade - yes. Our kids were too excited to be there so were not the best behaved ones, yet staff were very patient, friendly and understanding towards them and tried to assist us and help. The food was so amazing both at breakfast and in the lounge dinners. Really memorable experience. Thank you Sofitel staff for your patience with us and friendliness. We will consider to come back.

I had a wonderful stay at Softer Sydney Wentworth Hotel and truly enjoyed every moment. From the moment I arrived, the staff were warm, welcoming, and attentive, making me feel comfortable right away. The rooms were clean, well-maintained, and very relaxing, providing the perfect space to unwind after a busy day. The location is fantastic, making it easy to get around and explore Sydney. I also appreciated the peaceful atmosphere of the hotel—it felt like a calm retreat in the middle of the city. Overall, my experience was excellent, and I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in Sydney.

Usually the service is excellent but during my last stay encountered a number of issues with a room change. The room change was required due to seperate bookings. We were told we would have the first room until the second room was available and that did not happen and our bags were taken out and the room closed. Then we finally got one of our new rooms and asked for our luggage to all go to that room. This took three requests before the luggage was finally delivered, the club staff asked for the bags, we called and asked and then had to go back to the club again to find out who actually had our bags. Finally we got a new room only to discover it already had someone else's belongings in the room! The staff were very nice during all dealings and very professional but the delivery of services was lacking.
