It is an ode to the beautiful colours and flavours of South Carolina. The Charlie is a second Inner-west venue from the team behind The Cottage Bar & Kitchen in Balmain. Enlisting the help of an award-winning interior designer, Matt Woods, the dramatic redesign reflects modern Southern living and is reminiscent of Charleston’s historic waterfront, pastel-coloured homes.
