🌷🌷🌷This place the best place I have ever stayed at! We feel like Royalty. From first arriving we were happily greeted by the friendliest staff members. Every single staff member has been so attentive. The rooms are impeccable the room service menu is to die for with lots of real food. The food was delivered promptly and served on a beautiful trolly with fresh linen table cloth and linen services. Prices were very affordable.The beds are comfortable and the shower was beautiful. 10/10 Thank you for having us 🌷🌷🌷

My stay at the Fullerton Hotel Sydney early last year left such an impression that I've been meaning to write this review ever since. From the moment we arrived, the hospitality was exceptional. We were greeted warmly, and the friendly porter efficiently stowed our luggage before delivering it to our room later. Check-in was seamless, and we were delighted to learn we'd been upgraded to the 27th floor—a wonderful surprise that set the tone for our visit. The hotel itself is flawless. Every aspect of our stay exceeded expectations, from the beautifully appointed room to the impeccable service throughout. We spent the evening at the bar, which proved to be a cozy, inviting space where the staff's warmth and humor made our visit memorable. They struck that perfect balance of attentive without being intrusive, genuinely funny without being unprofessional. The drinks were incredible, expertly crafted and beautifully presented. But the desserts—they were even better. Each one was a highlight in itself, the kind of quality that makes you linger over every bite. The Fullerton Hotel Sydney delivers luxury hospitality at its finest. My only regret is that we couldn't stay longer—just one night wasn't nearly enough. Sorry this review is a little late, we stayed for three nights at the end of October. We arrived at 10 in the morning and they were able to give us a room right away which was amazing. They upgraded us to a premier king higher floor, we booked a deluxe king. Our room was very roomy. We liked the bathroom. The knobs on the faucet are a bit of a pain to figure out. The shower was roomy, also has a rain head shower as well as the wand. Getting in and out of the tub was a little difficult for me as I am short. It was nice to soak our feet from a full day of walking around. The bed was so comfortable, probably one of the best beds we have slept on. The hotel is beautiful and very nicely kept. We had the breakfast included and it was wonderful on level one. We went around 7 to 7:30 and it was quiet. It had a really awesome selection of foods for a variety of tastes. The cappuccinos were excellent. Great service. We were celebrating my husband birthday and a piece of cake with happy birthday was waiting for him in our room. Our room was not cleaned on our last day and it was difficult to get fresh towels as no one picks up the phone. We tried ordering them through the tablet in the room and that failed. Finally I walked down the hall and found someone from housekeeping. The hotel is well situated, we walked to everything the rocks, circular quay, the botanic gardens and the opera house. All in all we had a wonderful stay. I would definitely recommend staying here.
