I am FURIOUS at the lack of Sticky Tape Pudding. After a long hard day all I wanted was some Sticky Tape Pudding. Imagine my surprise, when I arrive at The Ranch, a beloved venue (for theatre kids), and I am informed that Sticky Tape Pudding is ONLY on the WINTER MENU. Is whimsy dependent on season?? Some may say seasons don’t exist anymore due to climate change!! I ONLY came to this establishment for the Sticky Tape Pudding. I would have bought at least two of them. One for dinner and one for dessert. GOD FORBID, I would want an ENTRE! Most times when I arrive at the Ranch I am too late to have food. FOR ONCE, I am early enough that the kitchen is still open. Sticky Tape Pudding is my favourite dessert and is a lost art in the modern world. It is YOUR JOB as a reputable establishment to uphold the standards of ART.

We had our Christmas dinner here at The Ranch bistro. We were booked from 5pm - 7:30pm. When our food were started comming out. I ordered medium rear steak with chip. One of the floor staff with red dyed hair gave us a plate with medium rear with mash potato which wasn't i ordered but she insisted that its us but I just took it cause it's wasn't a big deal to me. But when I cut the steak it was well done. It's either that plate shouldn't been given to us but the floor staff insisted or it was the chef's mistake. So I call another floor person and show him my steak and he immediately told me that he will replace it with a medium rear and with the chip. So I waited for over 30mins to get my food. Actually it wasn't just mine, my friends steak was same. He got medium instead of medium rear. That was replace as well. So.when I got my i was ok with my i thought it was just a little under but when I was half way the steak the other half was blue almost raw. I called another floor person and showed her my steak. I told her I don't want to get another replacement cause I was upset already and all of my friends with me were done eating. I just told her to the chef to put himself together, it's not even busy. Not a good experience for our special night cause it was our Christmas dinner.

Classic elevated pub food. Fantastic service as always, every time I come I always bump into the bartender Ethan, who greets me with a warm welcome and a smile. He’s incredibly charismatic man and all the old ladies love him. The recent change in venue management has led to much better customer service and a great atmosphere!

The staff members are amazing. Ethan was such a gentlemen bar tender. I was stuck in a situation and he was so helpful with the request. Food was great Very yummy Lovely atmosphere And overall I would recommend this for any event

We had the pleasure of having Amanda as our function manger, nothing was to hard for Amanda and she was very flexible in allowing us view the room and making changes. We have booked multiple birthday at the Ranch and was lucky enough to have Amanda assigned as our function manager. Well done to the team and Amanda! Looking forward to future birthday functions.
